I feel that the representatives I have worked with at Precision Tune Auto Care are consistently courteous, well informed, and make a point of keeping me well informed. The staff cares about me and my vehicle and doesn't try to push deals and sales on me, but rather recommends the work that needs to be done and allows me to have the choice to complete it how best fits me. For example: This saturday I took my car in for an oil change and to get my O2 sensor replaced. They let me know the universal sensor they ordered did not fit and they were trying to order one that would fit, but it would change the price. I came back, we canceled the O2 change and they helped me order the O2 sensor that I needed off of an online parts store since I was not worried about getting it done right away - they confirmed the correct part that I was picking would fit and said they would swap it out free of charge when it came in.
While there was some frustration with a lack of communication due to it being a busy day once I came in to check on the status I was given full focus from the team and they helped and showed me where the O2 sensor goes! :)
People who work at the precision tune I go to are knowledgeable, and friendly. Service is always quicker than I expect, and prices are better than literally every other place I go to. I don't know anything about cars, but I've been coming to the same precision tune for 15 years and have never had huge issues with any of the 3 cars I've brought in over the years. Sometimes I have tried other places just due to proximity or whatever, but that has resulted in me paying a higher price for worse service 100% of the time.
I am one of those people that always push my auto care to the last minute and I am always impressed how Percision is able to meet my auto needs in a matter of hours! The auto professionals are so polite and respectful!
Long term customer who is treated fairly & honestly to get your car back as quick as possible. And only does what is necessary and not trying to do a bunch of add-ons. Makes the non-techy owner feel comfortable to make the right decision.
I've been going to precision tune going on 4 years now. Ann has always been a huge help. The people that work there always give you all the details. You always know exactly what your paying for and getting fixed.
