The manager was friendly and understanding and even cut down some of the labor cost due to an unusually high price for the make & model of my car. We felt they were honest with us, and we will definitely return to Precision Tune Auto Care in the future!
When I walked in they said the wait wastaff about 2 hours. But even then, I could tell they were extremely busy and still managed to get me finished sooner than the estimated time. They are always super nice and do a great job. That alone makes the wait okay.
Even tho there was a very long wait, because of staffing issues, the staff was very friendly and understanding. Upon arrival, everyone was notified of the long wait times and given the opportunity to go elsewhere without any judgement.
I have been a Precision Tune customer at the Gray Hwy. location for many years and have always been thoroughly satisfied with the service I receive there. The staff is always so nice, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable....
My experience is normally good but this time know one explained anything to about my 2005 Honda Civic. Very disappointed! On the print out it was a LONG list of things wrong that needed fixing. Did the technical make the decision for me, that I wouldn't get the items repaired? Is this normal protocol? I don't think so! I am very dissatisfied with the service render to myself.
