They are alway so nice and polite. Always let me know if there is something on my vehicle that needs to be replaced. Even on days when they are so busy they still are very professional and the wait time is never that great. The gentleman at the counter is always polite and very helpful. I walk in and he knows exactly who I am , calls me by name and knows our two vehicles. The only place that we take our vehicles to have oil changed.

So I don't know if it's alright with the company or not but one of the technicians came inside to get a drink out of the fridge and there was a gun tucked in his pants. It bothered me for a moment then I looked around to see if there was signage stating no guns and there wasn't one. So then I thought maybe it was ok. He seemed really nice but he was a white gentleman tall with a tatoo on his neck. I really feel something like that is a turn off and should not be on the person in line of sight.
