Fixed right the first time (after it isn't fixed right by others). Leaving your car with Shawn for an extra day or two will save you money and a year of rework, due to mistakes by others. Shawn was able to quickly diagnose and repair an AC leak that three other mechanics failed to repair correctly (but for which I was charged). I used to live in Montgomery Village, and now live 10 hours away. When I come back to visit my boys, I make sure I get my car serviced at Precision. The workmanship and satisfaction of trusting my car is really, really fixed is so worth it! I have several vehicles. I'm now starting to rotate them on each trip, to ensure every car gets serviced at Precision.

I've been a customer for years and recommended the shop to many friends. I have never had a problem (only when they put another guy to run the front desk), and all the friends and coworkers that I have recomended the shop to have been happy.
