Fixed right the first time (after it isn't fixed right by others). Leaving your car with Shawn for an extra day or two will save you money and a year of rework, due to mistakes by others. Shawn was able to quickly diagnose and repair an AC leak that three other mechanics failed to repair correctly (but for which I was charged). I used to live in Montgomery Village, and now live 10 hours away. When I come back to visit my boys, I make sure I get my car serviced at Precision. The workmanship and satisfaction of trusting my car is really, really fixed is so worth it! I have several vehicles. I'm now starting to rotate them on each trip, to ensure every car gets serviced at Precision.

Shawn, the person in charge of the Montgomery Village, MD, location is just amazingly honest. The service is quick and good quality. I've been a customer for years and recommended the shop to many friends. I have never had a problem (only when they put another guy to run the front desk), and all the friends and coworkers that I have recomended the shop to have been happy. As long as Shawn is in charge, I'll be a customer.
