We really enjoyed our experience with Precision! We did not have an appointment and was able to drop the car off. We walked in and waited less than a minute before being assisted. The rep was courteous, professional and relatable, as we explained what was going on with our vehicle. He knew just where to begin! We had to make a quick call to verify how we would pay and he was patient... no eye rolling! He wasn't bothered by our lack of knowledge. He checked the mileage and reassured us they would look at our car asap. Within an hour or so, we were emailed the information we needed! Thanks, Precision!
