Very straight forward and clear. The office guy didn't talk around the problem, try to find extra issues to make more money or try to take me for a ride by lying to me. Heard my problem and checked something before performing the full service as asked and reported back in a clear way confirming my suspicion of the issue itself. Thanks for not treating me like an idiot. This is really rare to see these days at local auto shops. Will definitely be back for another alignment once I redo my suspension.
