The manager, William Vaughn, who worked with me was very friendly and helpful. I came in to have brakes looked at and he told me they were at 50% and not quite ready to be changed out. Most places that do brakes probably would’ve told me they need to be changed. I live in Nashville and drive to Murfreesboro because of the integrity of this gentleman and the quality of service provided.

I had a great experience with Precision Tune Auto Care! They recently replaced my tie rods and, on a separate visit, performed a front-end alignment after I replaced my two front tires. The team was upfront and professional throughout the entire process, making sure I understood what needed to be done and why it was best to wait on the alignment until after the new tires were installed. William and Thomas were superb—friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I really appreciated their attention to detail and quality service. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for reliable auto care!
