The manager (Trev) was outstanding. Saw issues that were there and even took pictures of it. He fixed them before it became a bigger problem. Attention to detail and good customer service. It's all I ask for, and he delivered. I love the recommended service options for future visits to keep my car running stress free for years to come. Mind you, these are above the OEM maintenance plan where dealers want bad things to happen. There's a reason why dealerships make so much more in repairs than selling cars. There is also a lot of turn over in the auto repair industry. Precision Tune Auto Care....what keeps customers coming back is great service and great leadership. Treat your employees well. Pay them well. And they will in turn go the extra mile. Don't lose this manager.

The customer service provided by the manager Trev was unreal. He sent me a video with an attachment showing me my leaking water pump and an attachment explaining the complete function of the faulty part. Talk about a shop with integrity.
