I like that I always get a good coupon and the wait time is never outrageous. .I get suggestions on things that are needed for my vehicle I don't get the uncomfortable feeling of somebody pressuring me to buy buy buy now .

I like the fact that they pull a Carfax if you are interested and see what has been done on the car that's been reported and they go over everything with you thoroughly. They are interested in getting you taken care of not just making sales. Trev was great!
