The gentleman who did all the communicating with me about my car was very professional but also very friendly and took the time to make me feel like a valued customer while answering any questions I had about the services they recommended and even went so far as to double check the oil to make sure I did not need an oil change when the sensor went off (it just hadn't been reset) which saved me some money on my visit! I feel confident that they really care about people and not just selling services and products alone.

I had an unfortunate incident with my oil filter dumping all of the oil out of my car. Precision was the closest shop to me so I called them and they got me right in to fix it. Shawn (Sean?) was extremely nice and helpful, even talked to the place that did my oil change initially to report the issue to them. I would trust them with my car and know I'm getting honest, thorough work any day! 100% recommend them to anyone!
