Excellent communication!!! Every time I take my care to Precision (the one on Martintown Rd), I'm treated with respect and told what to expect. They tell me what testing needs to be done, what repairs may be needed, and how long it might be before they call me with an estimate. I always get my car back the same day. Their staff is friendly, too. I've been taking my car there for years.

Very up front with pricing Very good work I've been going here for years with all of my cars and truck they've have taken good care of me no matter what the issue i had the work was good and done in a timely manner the staff was great in explaining the issue and what needed to be done there some of the best in the car care business

I like that the same people have been working there for a long time and they are easy to work with. I get estimates for everything before they do the work. Diagnostics are reasonably priced. I have spent a lot of money here with my various vehicles for repairs and I have been satisfied with all of it.

I have always had great experiences at Precision Tune Auto. The service is both correct and inexpensive as possible. I have never had to return my vehicle for an incorrect repair.
