I've been a Precision Tune Auto Care customer for nearly 9 years. The shop manager (Juan), the shop service writer (Amber), and the shop mechanics take customer service seriously. Have you ever had a shop manager contact you (after the sell) to make certain that all was fine and that their shop met or exceeded your expectations? That's the level of service that I get from Precision Tune Auto Care. 5 stars.

Awesome place. The mechanics are very good, and they actually care about you. They are very patient with the customers, even when, ( I'm talking about myself ) when the customers are upset because of their vehicle having problems. They are very honest. Most places you take your vehicle too, even if something isn't wrong, they will make up things just to get your money. Not this place. If nothing is wrong, they will tell you nothing is wrong. They won't make up stuff. I bring my vehicle here for everything. And they report your vehicles maintenance to Carfax. They also guarantee all of the work as long as they provide the parts. I highly suggest coming here. They are all about getting your vehicles problems fixed and fixed properly.

I recently had my MINI Countryman JCW serviced at Precision Tune Auto Care and was thoroughly impressed with both their technical expertise and customer service. The team quickly performed a diagnostic check and accurately identified a crack in the oil filter housing and a faulty thermostat—issues I suspected, and they confirmed without hesitation. They sourced the necessary parts swiftly and completed the repairs with precision and care.
What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. The staff was professional, communicative, and genuinely committed to ensuring I was informed and comfortable with every step of the repair. Although the overall cost was on the higher end, the quality of workmanship, the efficiency of the service, and the peace of mind provided by their 12-month warranty on all work made it entirely worthwhile.
This was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for future service needs. Highly recommended.
