My1999 Ford Ranger pick-up had a tricky problem that Shane and his crew kept at until the check engine light was extinguished. All of the work they performed, from scheduled maintenance recommendations to actual repairs were fully discussed before work began. We had a couple of surprises, but they were dealt with in a professional, strait forward manner.
Wasn't happy went to get my oil changed in my 2015 Mit outlander sport I had asked them to reset the routine maintenance indicator and when the tech did he some how disabled it on my car and wanted me to go to the dealership and have them fix it And would re enburce me I don't have the money spent 108 bucks for oil change and wipers now I have to take time off Tue and drive to dealership with the manager to have what the tech did at your guys expence but now don't trust and won't't be back also if they didn't know how to reset should not have touched it.
#1 was the service was EXCELLENT!!!
#2 Shane explained EVERYTHING...things that needed to be done now and things that could wait.The holidays are here now and that ment alot to me so I am to budget what is a priority and what could wait..and as a women that made me feel good about whom I am dealing with..BYE BYE Jiffy Lube.😃👍
