Didn't have to wait. Staff was very friendly and even gave me coffee. I don't think I was there 30 minutes if I was I didn't realize it because the lady at the front desk was very conversational, which was very nice.

These guys know their way around cars (engines) ... while waiting for an oil change and another little repair, I overheard what was being said to other customers ... they're honest about the amount of time a job might take or if there's a wait before they'll be able to start. A couple of customers came looking for an oil change .. the wait was about 40-minutes or so ... one guy waited, the other said he'd come back another time. In the past, I've been to shops that mislead you about the wait time and before you know it, you've been sitting for over an hour or more before your turn comes up. Of course some jobs take longer than other and that increases the wait time for the next customers, but at least, here, you get some advance notice.
