I went to precision off N 9 Mile and was helped by Greg and Tyler during my visit. Both employees were incredibly helpful and kind, and did not hesitate to help me pinpoint my areas of concern. Greg and Tyler both provided excellent customer service and gained a lifetime customer due to their genuine concern and care. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am I pulled into this specific shop instead of seeking services elsewhere. They made a very daunting mechanic shop trip feel far less scary and assured me if I had any concerns to come back and they would be more than happy to help me again.

The customer service I received from Preston and Tyler was exceptional. The repair, which was a hub replacement was fixed in a timely manner. We have had no issues since. The owner Juan was thoughtful and considerate. I highly recommend this shop and I will use it in the future.
