The service was amazing, I was panicked when I got to my car after work and it wouldn’t start, I called roadside assistance to give me a jump because my battery was dead! I called the usual place that I go to for car service but they couldn’t work on it that day so I called Walmart and it would’ve been a few hours of a wait, as I’m driving down 9th ave I see Precision tune auto care and just pulled in to see if they had an opening. They were so friendly from the moment I got there and it only took about 15 min, I was so relieved that I was able to get this done as quickly as I did.
The customer service is awesome.
We pulled in unexpectedly with smoke coming from our right front tire and they took us in immediately. Quickly diagnosed the issue and even gave us a ride home.
They repaired it by noon the next day.
They have previously serviced our van and my brother's truck.
I will definitely recommend them.
Why is it that you have such a frequent turnover of managers at the 9th Ave store in Pensacola Fl? When you get to become familiar with the new manager, it's not long that he has been replaced.
This is not good for customer services
My first time at the 9th avenue location was a great experience. I was in the area & stopped by for an oil change. Nick waited on me immediately and the oil change was completed quickly and efficiently. The manager was there (i didn't get his name) and he answered several questions I had about my vehicle. Nicest experience of service I've received in a long time. I've already told some of my friends. Thank s again
