I like the customer service. The woman at the front desk, I think maybe her name is Ann, treats me like my vehicle is her utmost concern. When they are extremely busy, she's very considerate of my time and my busy schedule. I wish every vehicle service department had an employee like her.
I recently took my '95 BMW M3 in for service (Yep, still rolling around at 286K) and was quite impressed. They are very reasonable on price & got me in & out rather quickly. The manager Anne was excellent. One piece of advice is to call first just to see what their workload looks like. This is my new Go-To garage.
Customer service: they know my name and my vehicle. Although they are usually very busy, Ann Marie takes the time to explain the what and why of the service needed in a manner that that is clear and understandable.
I've never had any issues with Precision Auto Tune. They offer great products and services and best of all they are executed in a quick and timely manner. The customer service is great and I like the way technicians will take you out to your car and explain things to you so you fully understand what's going on with your vehicle. I'll be be back again.
