The staff is courteous, repair and maintenance work efficient, the prices always reasonable, and the "ambience" is especially delightful. No matter how crazy my schedule or situation, they make it work out to be a pleasant experience. Even the coffee is good. The staff has a Bible there to read. After thousands of years, it is still better reading than many recent publications.

I was in town purchasing a used vehicle, and called Precision Auto to inspect it before purchase. They were able to schedule me for a time that worked for me, and were very personable and pleasant to work with. They did an inspection of the vehicle, and made recommendations....couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I went in to get my emissions testing completed and I had nothing but a pleasant welcoming vibe from Dan and Nathan. I arrived exactly on time for my 3:00 appt according to my Apple Watch. Let Dan tell it I was late according to his slightly turned forward wall clock lol. We always write when we have negative reviews but I just wanted to comment that these guys were great company while I waited on my car to be completed. I would try them again for other services. Be prepared for Dan, he has a sense of humor :)!!!
