Brian is always very helpful and because of Brian my family and I’ve been bringing it all five of our cars to him for service for the last several years. Brian was recently promoted and received a new store and we can’t think of a more deserving person than he to I have received that promotion. Well deserved!

Fast service! However, was a little disappointed to ask for coupons, was told there are none, but to then get one in the mail that same evening for the service I received! I spent 20 extra $$! Especially since we are regular customers with several cars.

I don’t know very much about cars at all & came in very early in the morning with some anxiety. Brandon at the front desk was very kind and reassuring that my car was in good hands. I called the shop a few times throughout the day to check in and again Brandon was very reassuring and polite. At pickup, Brandon was at the front desk with several people asking him questions. All at once he made sure everyone was addressed and taken care of in the most kind and professional manner addressing each person by name, answering phone calls & providing status updates. I’ve never experienced such great service at a car shop. I am not sure what Brandon‘s role is, but he seems to be the heart of the shop and keeps things running smoothly. I will be back.
