Time is still needed to test out the workmanship of the installed products (Mar’26) on my vehicle. Thanks to God and kudos to the customer service of Ron and Bernice at the front counter and the manager, Bryan. All went above and beyond to ensure that I felt valued, understood the mechanics of my car repairs (diagnostic & repair of A/C, ignition coil, heater hose, maintenance and to the application loan process for services rendered). They also understood the delay of picking up my vehicle. Thank you for being a lifesaver during my distress and money spent - Bryan, Ron, Bernice and the mechanics who repaired my vehicle. I now have heat again and A/C before the summer begins!!!

It’s all about service and trust. If they can’t do it, they will tell you. I have followed this manager, Brian to another store. He is a hard worker, excellent leader, and gets involved in what’s going on. His workers appreciate him. He also over-communicates, which I love. He could tell me that I need to add swivels to my wheels and I wouldn’t question it at this point. It takes time to have that type of relationship, but he has EARNED it!
