Great quick service. The garage was very busy but Josh was able to get the big line of people and never ending phone calls rolling quickly. My truck was inspected promptly and I was on the way in no time. I am an automotive mechanical engineer and a shadetree mechanic. While I was waiting for my truck to be inspected I could overhear the service advisor and customers interacting. It was great to hear honest, clear advice, and recommendations being given to customers about how to service their vehicles.

The team is courteous, competent, and incredibly efficient—they got me in and out quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s clear they know what they’re doing, and they treat you with respect from start to finish. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, and has wifi which makes a big difference when you’re on a tight schedule. Even better, they had availability when other places didn’t, which shows how well they manage their workflow. They are my go-to spot for auto care from now on. Highly recommended!

I was impressed the minute I walked in. The woman who booked my oil change was so personable and very efficient!! Excellent customer service and car serviced in a minimal amount of time. Staff is very friendly and informative. Rates are reasonable compared to other auto repair places. I have been taking my car here for a few years and will continue to do so in the future. I moved to Durham 2 years ago but still bring my car here for servicing !!!!
