great waiting room, friendly staff and most importantly you're not jiffy lube lol. the last time i went there they took my filters out to upsell me and ended up letting dust get into the engine and the car shut down as I tried to leave the parking lot. y'all seem like you actually know cars and care about your customers.

I really appreciate the effort Josh and the staff put into my concerns about the brakes on my car. Josh noted that the mechanic who inspected the brakes didn't see anything wrong with them, so he took the car out himself to test them. He didn't find them "soft" (my description). Josh's extra effort is the reason we have trusted our cars to Precision Tune. Thank you
