I called on Friday and explained my car situation to Wade. He explained everything throughly with an estimate. I came in on Monday spoke to him & Jermaine and was serviced right away. The service was done properly and in the timeframe promised. I’m very satisfied and recommend this location to others.

They are honest and trustworthy. They find solutions to the car’s issues and do not price gouge. Chris and Dave have always taken care of us and our cars. Through two moves and two new cars, we still continue to use Precision Auto Tune Rosedale due to the service we receive on all maintenance and repairs.

I have never had a bad experience at the Rosedale, MD location. The staff can clearly explain what the issues are without descending into automotive jargon. They will bring an additional issue that I hadn't named to my attention, and unless it's something major that would prevent them from releasing my vehicle to me, I'm given a rundown of the costs and it's my call whether to have the work done then, or sometime later rather than making repairs and presenting me with a surprise bill. The work is always completed in a timely manner, which is much appreciated.
