They mechanic who worked on my car was very nice and extremely competent. I have confidence that my car will be repaired properly and expeditiously. Unfortunately, the owner of the shop, Mr. [NAME REMOVED] never acknowledged my presence. Not a good morning, or hello. I was the only person in the waiting room, and I pretty much went un noticed. It's just a courtesy. A customer likes to be recognized and greeted. I thought that was strange, but other than that, the repairs went well and I'll certainly be back.
Everyone here is so kind and helpful! Great work, great prices! I only wish for a quicker call when the car is ready to be picked up. I usually have to call and they tell me it's been ready, not ideal for a tight schedule :/
