Very friendly and accommodating when I had questions. I am not a mechanic, so I cannot critique the quality of the work, but their cost is pretty reasonable. It is much more affordable than a dealership. Itis a good option. They check thoroughly with the premium oil change deal. I will recommend this shop. BTW, if you look for a Groupon, they have quite a discount on wheel alignment.

I had an insurance claim that I brought my car into Precision for, The manager was so very helpful and understanding of the situation! My car ended up being there for 2 weeks due to insurance issues.they were so patient and treated me so nice! I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for great service and a friendly staff!

Chuck at this Precision Tune Auto Care center was great. I brought my car in to have a few lug nut studs replaced. During the service he called to inform me by brake pads were completely worn and if I didn't get them replaced the rotors would be damaged. The price he quoted to replace the pads was very reasonable. The work was completed an hour earlier than expected. I was very happy with their service and the effort they made to save me money in the long run.
