The mechanics, and front office (people working the desk/counter) personnel, are professional and do their best to both deliver the proper repairs and advise on what needs to be repaired. While no one is perfect these guys strive to be. I've been told, rightfully, and on several occasions, that a repair, I thought was necessary, could be delayed and did not require immediate attention. Nice to know that they are not out to gouge me and are genuinely concerned about me, and my vehicle. I've taken several cars to them, have recommended friends, and will continue to do so!
Are all mechanics qualified to work on all vehicles.
I had a rat in my engine which cut in to the wiring system.
As a result , the lights on the dashboard inside the car would not work.
Took it in for a service and after the service the lights still not work. Took it to another dealer and they found the problem immediately
The Master Technician that worked on my car was very knowledgable and explained the information in a clear, concise manner. I appreciate no one attempting to up sell or list unnecessary repairs.
One comment...the location on Piney Branch Road in Silver Spring, MD is cold. The heating system needs to be addressed or at the very least, several portable heaters need to be in the waiting area, as this is a deterrent to some customers returning for service.
