Honesty! I brought my car in thinking I needed brakes (based on Toyota’s assessment and then thought I felt grinding. Got a call from Nicole, who was super sweet and knowledgeable, letting me know I did not need breaks/pads yet. I’ve come in to Precision for various issues with cars over the years. Now, I won’t go anywhere else! Thanks for everything, Nicole!!

I explained my issues and my budget and the gentleman on your end did as much as he could to ensure you did not go over it. I know that sounds goofy, but in this day and age, it's rare that you aren't thrown hidden fees. You guys are open and honest about pricing, times, and work. It's just refreshing to be able to trust a shop to not rip you off.
