The service is exceptional. Tonya App and her team are true professionals. I overheard a consultation between a crew member and a customer where the Precision Tune crew member took the time to explain the difficult choices a customer was facing. He was attentive and provided professional advice. The customer, an Uber driver, needed her vehicle but the repairs were going to be expensive. In the end, the customer decided to give the decision to repair more thought but the Prescision Tune crew member supported her decision with some advice on what to watch out for until the repairs could be started.

I feel like they are honest about what is going on with my car. I take four cars to them. I wish their prices were a little cheaper for repairs but the coupon they have for oil changes makes them the cheapest oil change in town. Tonya at the front counter is always nice and professional and Josh is more than happy to take you out to the car and show you what problems may be of concern.

What I appreciate the most is the knowledge of the service advisors. All of the ones I have conversed with have been very knowledgeable and will not hesitate to explain the process of exactly what needs to be done and how they're going to accomplish it. And, the few things that they don't service, they are quick to make a solid recommendation of a local business that does.
