I needed an oil change on one of my vehicles and received it with a discount. The price point was great and as a courtesy they better secured my skid plate on my Toyota Highlander by adding bolts/washers. I had no idea it had come loose. The wait was reasonable and overall I the experience was a good one.i recently purchased the Highlander and it needs some work to get it up to par. I 0kan to use this facility to assist me in this objective.

I've been a customer for over 35 years. And yes there has been many times that I was there for several hours while my vehicle was being serviced( they were extreamely busy. One of my reasoning is they don't preasure you, by that I mean they will tell you about a problem they found on your vehicle and they will tell you the price to correct the problem, then it is up to you to Say yes or no . For myself if I don't have the funds on hand for the additional work I'll tell them that I will have to come at a latter time.
