The PMI Field Service Engineers are professional, they are responsive, they get the job done in a timely manner & report back with the resolution and/or a follow up plan.
This might have been one of the greatest experiences I have ever had with a field service team. Max was highly professional and clearly showed a wealth of knowledge in his field. He took the time to explain the situation and break down the problems we were experiencing in a polite, courteous and patient manner. If I could give him a higher score I would!
