Very clean and tidy appearance of the workshop, already reassuring as you walk in. Courteous and efficient staff beginning with the manager, Steve; willingness to accommodate an urgent repair (split tire spotted on my way in to work), and to work around my rather constrained schedule for the day so that I could pick the bike up before heading home; good communications (SMS & email) to ensure I was updated on progress and when job done. Overall, a shop which feels run by people who like their work and value their customers. I am not sure how competitive on price, but the bills have never felt so big as to make me want to look for alternatives, and the peace of mind of feeling the job will be well done is worth quite a bit.

My bike fitting was fantastic. I was informed at every stage of the process in a relaxed, friendly style. At no point was I hard-sold anything. Everything was purely tailored around my needs and my future needs, which I thought was great. Apologies, I forgot the man's name, but he was brilliant.
