Been going to this shop for years. They've always done a great job. Last time I was in I took a wheel in for a rebuild. Decided with their help that it probably wasn't worth doing. They helped find a used pair (based on my budget) that were in great condition, fixed them up with new tyres and sold them for a very fair price. All in all, great service and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Would certainly recommend.

I bought my bike from Primo about two years ago. No problems with it at all. Had an accident recently and took it in for some minor repairs. Very friendly and helpful - thanks Ben. Shifter straightened and handlebar tapes re-wound. Ready within an hour and a very fair charge.
