I had a fantastic experience purchasing my bike from Primo Cycles. The team were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about cycling, helping me find the perfect bike without any pressure. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and their attention to detail and customer care really stood out. Their bike fitting service was excellent and made a huge difference to the overall experience. It was so impressive that my wife was equally impressed and has now booked herself in for a fitting as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Primo Cycles to anyone looking for great bikes and even better service.

My Google review of Primo Cycles: Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, great service! Having not ridden a bike for well over a couple of decades and not being in the best of health, I wanted reliable advice when buying equipment to try cycling again. I used the Cyclescheme voucher at Primo and Ben was great at advising on the key items which I needed, I came away very happy with the gear and liked the fact that Primo re-use bags rather than providing new bags for their products. Will be back to spend the remainder of the voucher and for any future support / purchases.
