Excellent service... Primo's staff listened carefully to my garbled attempt to describe the problem I was having with my electric bike's 8 speed alfine hub, and also the less than ideal brake performance... and after a few days (as a spare part needed ordering) I collected my bike and now it is working better than when I first bought it!
