We’re very happy with the care and attention our child receives at the daycare. The teachers are warm, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s well-being and development. We’ve noticed great progress in our child’s social skills, communication, and confidence since joining.

We love our child's teachers! Ms. Christy and Ms. Jezelle have been fantastic. We love the structure of her day. We like that they are creating habits everyday and providing structure along the way. They are warm, conversational, listen to our feedback, and update us daily about their progress. They are fantastic and we are so glad to have them for our child's classroom.

Great facilities, faculty and staff. Curriculum includes learning through fun and appropriate activities. And most important I love how the school keeps the parents informed of their child's progress through messages and pictures on their app. The transparency and communications provides a good reassurance to parents that their kids are having both learning and fun, and thereby builds a strong trust. Keep up the good work.

Everything.. when I first brought my daughter to Primrose I was hesitant because of past experiences but bringing my daughter here changed our lives. She started adapting and with support from staff she started loving it. I love Ms.DeeDee, Victoria, Janae, &&’ Georgette they truly care about the kids there and it shows every time I see them.. oh yea and Julie lol she is hilarious I love her too .. everyone there is sweet. Thank you guys for all that you do I truly do appreciate it !

Although there has been quite a bit of turn over, the care for my children remains consistent. Once we can get steady staff committed to staying, this school will receive a 10/10 hands down.

Teachers are really good, loving and caring. Admin staff is very helpful and nice. My toddler is learning so much and he loves to go to his school daily. He has already moved up one class since he joined and everyone made that transition very smooth and comfortable for him. They are very accommodating when it comes to food allergies or dietary restrictions as we are vegetarian. Highly recommend Primrose School at Austin Village

We love everything about Primrose! A few highlights: the admin team know and care for and about my child, classroom transitions go so smoothly, communication is 10/10!, the meals might child eats are nutritious and inviting to new things, and the curriculum/ teachers!! I’m blown away by how fast he’s learned.

We have always felt welcomed at Primrose. My son seems to really enjoy his time at the school each day and we are very happy with the relationships he has built with each of his teachers. Primrose as far exceeded the experiences we had at the prior school.

Since day 1 my son has been treated like family. Everyone in this school is caring and loving and truly care about the wellbeing of every student. My son previously attended a school down the road for 9 months and he cried every single day at drop off but this has never been the case at Primrose. He is greeted in the morning with a big hug from his teacher Mrs. Michelle and another big hug at the end of the day when he goes home . I am Forever thankful for everyone in this school and specially his teacher Michelle who goes above and beyond to treat her students with so much love and kindness.

We are so thrilled to be part of the Primrose family. Our son has flourished in the toddler class with his amazing teachers. We love how the entire faculty loves on our sweet guy anytime they see him at drop off/ pick up.

The facilities are spacious and the teachers kind and caring. The food is of a great variety and nutritional, similar to what I'd make at home. The activities from what I see in photos are fun, entertaining and educational. I only wish the location was closer to the city.
