I love that staff absolutely love their jobs and the children. I took my son out in late April and just came back. The teachers he had before were still there. The communication is always open, encouraging and honest.

Our daughter, Lily, is outgoing and bright but has struggled with extreme separation anxiety. The staff and teachers at Primrose were kind, flexible, and understanding during her transition to preschool - For the first time, Lily was able to settle, bond with her teachers, and enjoy being in a group setting - something we had tried 3 times before at other schools without success. This has made a huge difference in the wellbeing of our family and we’re so grateful that our local Primrose was able to meet our daughter where she was, so she could grow and thrive.

Ms McCluster is the absolute most amazing school director! The teachers are fantastic and really appreciate the daily updates and pictures of the kids doing real learning and having fun. The extra effort you put into the field trips are amazing! One piece of feedback is that the explorers room and aftercare for grade schoolers is always extremely loud. It takes a few minutes for my child’s hearing to recover. I think setting some expectations for yelling over each other should be made. I don’t expect the room to be quiet by any means with everyone having fun doing their own thing but I wonder if just the room itself could use some noise dampening wall/ceiling hangs? Just to take a bit of the edge off.

The best part of Primrose at Avalon is the teachers and all the administration team. They genuinely care for the children while not losing focus on education. Our son has learned so much! And I am very sure he is being taken care of, in a safe and nurturing space. The facilities are also well maintained and clean. I will continue recommending Primrose at Avalon to any caregiver looking for daycare/preschool options.

Primrose has been a second family to us since 2018. Our children enjoyed everything from the meals, activities, to the pop up visits from the fire department. The teachers over the years have been a great addition to the development of them, and we are more than grateful. Will always recommend!

I can see the progress and the job the school does on my daughters! I am very thankful with the staff and the Director. Not all the job is on the schools hands, it’s also parents job to guide your kids to success in live. So I can say we complement very well with primrose philosophy. We love the school ❤️

We love the teachers and staff. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and kind. Ms. Doan, Ms. Nieves, and Ms. Williams have taught my daughter so much the past year. I credit much of her growth to them. Everything. Fantastic communication. School events for the children that parents can attend. The love the teacher have for each child. The relationship the staff wants to make with the parents. The daily activities, the teachers do with the children, the painting, the singing, the reading, the running playing getting them to learn any fun way.

Primrose and their incredible staff have become so much more than a school to us—they’ve become family. They’ve loved, guided, and prepared our children for kindergarten in ways we never could. Watching our last baby graduate from VPK this May fills our hearts with so much pride, but also a deep sense of sadness. Closing this chapter is truly bittersweet. It’s hard to say goodbye to a place that has given us so many memories, so much support, and so much love. Primrose will always hold a very special place in our hearts.
