Everyone is very welcoming, education there is great and they are willing to answer any questions you may have. We moved my son from a different school when the trust was lost frim his old school. My son has been going there since he was 2 and we haven't look elsewhere. I reccomend this school to all my friends. They are outstanding!!

Majesty and I loveeeeee Primrose!! The staff is patient and friendly. They’ve helped her adjust to being around others and away from mommy for a few hours a day! The app is always updated with what’s going on daily. She loves talking to everyone and giving out hugs and the staff is very receptive of all her love! lol. Stop by and check it out for yourself, you may catch Majesty in the act of greeting everyone that passes her by lol.

We’ve had a great experience with Primrose. The teachers are attentive, professional, and truly care about the children. My kids have grown academically and socially, and I appreciate the structured curriculum along with the nurturing environment. As a parent, that means everything. I’m so grateful for the role Primrose has played in my children’s development.

We have been with Primrose Balmoral since they opened, and the experience has been wonderful from day one. The entire team—from the front desk staff to the teachers—has been caring, professional, and genuinely invested in our daughter’s well-being and growth. Our 4-year-old daughter looks forward to school every day, and as parents, that peace of mind means everything to us.

We’ve loved our Primrose Balmoral experience because our preschooler is genuinely excited to go every day. The teachers are warm and caring, and we’ve seen wonderful growth in learning, confidence, and social skills. We also really appreciate the strong communication and feeling like our child is truly known and valued.

We truly love how much our daughter is learning and growing. We genuinely believe your team played a big role in helping her become potty trained, and we’re so grateful for that. We also feel she now has wonderful teachers in Ms. Sheila and Ms. Selina. Our hope is that they remain, as we have had some concerns about the frequent staff changes. Overall, we’ve had a positive experience here. If we had one wish, it would be for the facility to have cameras. Initially, I thought cameras were in place but that we simply didn’t have access to them. However, after a previous incident, I learned there are no cameras at all which does heighten my anxiety a bit.

We feel safe leaving our child here. Everyone is very nice and caring. The daycare is always kept clean and organized.

I immediately felt safe and at home when I first toured the facility. Everyone was extremely welcoming and reassuring of my fears and concerns as a first timer putting my child in school.
