We’ve loved our Primrose Balmoral experience because our preschooler is genuinely excited to go every day. The teachers are warm and caring, and we’ve seen wonderful growth in learning, confidence, and social skills. We also really appreciate the strong communication and feeling like our child is truly known and valued.

We truly love how much our daughter is learning and growing. We genuinely believe your team played a big role in helping her become potty trained, and we’re so grateful for that. We also feel she now has wonderful teachers in Ms. Sheila and Ms. Selina. Our hope is that they remain, as we have had some concerns about the frequent staff changes. Overall, we’ve had a positive experience here. If we had one wish, it would be for the facility to have cameras. Initially, I thought cameras were in place but that we simply didn’t have access to them. However, after a previous incident, I learned there are no cameras at all which does heighten my anxiety a bit.

My son is new to this school and his teachers Ms. Tati, Ms. Curissa, and Ms. Erykah have made him feel safe with their kindness and love. My son is very excited to come in every morning now. Thank you!

We feel safe leaving our child here. Everyone is very nice and caring. The daycare is always kept clean and organized.

I immediately felt safe and at home when I first toured the facility. Everyone was extremely welcoming and reassuring of my fears and concerns as a first timer putting my child in school.

We like that the teachers are very nurturing and patient with our child and they really make them feel included. The staff is very professional and organized and communicates very well. When we have questions, someone is always willing to help. We also love the different programs that they offer and the activities that are provided by theme days, etc.

Primrose is trustworthy and responsible when it comes to our children. They put a lot of thought and dedication into their planning for the children.

The teachers really care about your children. They notice when they aren't themselves and have a fantastic way of fostering a family environment. When there are any issues, they always resolve them promptly and keep you in the loop. I also really love the security of the building and the check in and out process. I would definitely recommend!
