Starting with logistics, the location and hours are convenient and much appreciated for this working mama. Going deeper, the owners, admin, and teachers truly care about my children. We are greeted each day with a smile (by name!). My son is slightly delayed in his speech, and the teachers and counselors have taken the time to make sure we come up with a plan to catch up and get back on track to move up to pre-k with his friends (my goal). The mix of routine, lessons, and fun is perfect! My older daughter is in the after school program during school and attends the summer camp and it is incredible. They do so many fun things in the summer (tours of Truist stadium, horse back rides, petting zoos, etc). We love Primrose!

Ms Katlyn and her staff are so loving and nice to our children that have attended Primrose. Everything is always so organized and clean each day. The staff are very welcoming and always impressed on how all the teachers know our child’s name and greet her as she walks in and see them. The facilities and play ground are great and would recommend the school to anyone looking for child care and preschool.

We couldn't be more grateful for the experiences our son has had at Primrose at Brookstone. Every teacher and administrator our son has had has genuinely invested in the well-being and development of children, creating an environment that is both nurturing and inspiring. The curriculum is rigorous while still being age-appropriate, encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning. We've seen tremendous growth in our son - not only academically, but socially and emotionally as well. The care the staff shows each child is unmatched; it is clear they love what they do and it reflects in how happy and engaged the kids are. We feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful community for our child!

The staff at Primrose go the extra mile to make sure that you and your child's experience is very personal and positive. I can't begin to count the amount of times other teachers have called my child by name to say hello or even stop me in the hallway to give me feedback about my child. My child always enters and leaves school with a big smile, and it has truly been a blessing that I have not had to fight my child to go to school in any way! I owe ALL of that to the wonderful staff at Primrose!

The leadership from the top with Mark and Lindsey to the administrative team with Kaitlyn, Monica, and Quey to the teachers in each classroom, the level of professionalism and service that the students receive is second to none. Primrose is not only a school of academic learning but also a family. My kids have loved their experience at Primrose!

Primrose has been an answer to prayer. We wanted a school for our little girl that put children first and showed an interest in who they are. Our little girl has been loved and appreciated for the joyous, little, handful she is since she started at Primrose.
The communication with the staff has been top notch! When our daughter has been injured, we've gotten reports in the app and/or phone calls from the staff.
She is always happy to be dropped off. So that make it easier to leave her while we work. We are so blessed and thankful for Primrose!
