We couldn't be more grateful for the experiences our son has had at Primrose at Brookstone. Every teacher and administrator our son has had has genuinely invested in the well-being and development of children, creating an environment that is both nurturing and inspiring. The curriculum is rigorous while still being age-appropriate, encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning. We've seen tremendous growth in our son - not only academically, but socially and emotionally as well. The care the staff shows each child is unmatched; it is clear they love what they do and it reflects in how happy and engaged the kids are. We feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful community for our child!

The staff at Primrose go the extra mile to make sure that you and your child's experience is very personal and positive. I can't begin to count the amount of times other teachers have called my child by name to say hello or even stop me in the hallway to give me feedback about my child. My child always enters and leaves school with a big smile, and it has truly been a blessing that I have not had to fight my child to go to school in any way! I owe ALL of that to the wonderful staff at Primrose!

The leadership from the top with Mark and Lindsey to the administrative team with Kaitlyn, Monica, and Quey to the teachers in each classroom, the level of professionalism and service that the students receive is second to none. Primrose is not only a school of academic learning but also a family. My kids have loved their experience at Primrose!

Primrose has been an answer to prayer. We wanted a school for our little girl that put children first and showed an interest in who they are. Our little girl has been loved and appreciated for the joyous, little, handful she is since she started at Primrose. The communication with the staff has been top notch! When our daughter has been injured, we've gotten reports in the app and/or phone calls from the staff. She is always happy to be dropped off. So that make it easier to leave her while we work. We are so blessed and thankful for Primrose!

I am satisfied with the program and the staff at Primrose School at Brookstone They are competent, and since we enrolled our daughter there, she has always been happy. I can confidently say that she is pleased with what she has learned. She loves wearing her uniform which makes her feel like she belongs. The space is always clean and has a pleasant smell. I would recommend it to every parent. My wife and I believed we waited too long to move her to Primrose School at Brookstone.

One of the things most parents have in common is having to trust someone with your child. Jacques and I kept our daughter home for over two years because of the lack of communication and compassion in the school system nowadays. Primrose School is not perfect, nothing is but our daughter is safe and happy. She made a comment last week, she said mommy “I like Primrose School” Prior to Primrose, our daughter used to come home with sad stories about how other kiddos were mean to her, with Primrose the kids have more guidance. Our daughter has been with Primrose for about 90days and I have no concerns by far. Ms. Kaitlyn the Director is very approachable I will be comfortable voicing my concerns if anything surfaces. One of the things that made us choose Primrose is their staff longevity, which shows that management is good; people don't leave an establishment because of the company but management's ways of delivering the service. A Big shout out to the entire staff especially the housekeeping staff because the school is clean and very presentable inside and out and the amazing teachers have interacted by far. Mrs. Marie pays a lot of attention to the kids, I appreciate that. Overall from our experience by far, I have nothing negative to say about Primrose School. We thank the entire staff & the owner so much for a great service.

Primrose School at Brookstone as been so welcoming and loving to our family over the last 5 years. The staff is always so kind and the ladies at the front desk are the best. The school itself as always kept so clean and smells nice. I couldn't imagine having sent my boys anywhere else.

Primrose at Brookstone has changed my son’s life! He was non-verbal before starting at Primrose, but now he has an ever/growing vocabulary. He loves going to school every day to see his teachers and friends. We couldn’t be happier with Primrose!

I trust this school with my children's education, health and happiness. They go above and beyond to not only make sure our children are progressing in the curriculum but also are there to support them socially. I can't say enough about the amazing experience we have had with Primose over the past 7 years.
