The staff at Primrose is always so helpful and understanding. My daughter attended when she was in preschool age and four years later--my son now attends! They remembered us and remembered my daughter--which speaks volumes!!
We’ve been so happy with our Primrose experience to date, and have already recommended the location to other expecting friends. Our little guy smiles at Ms. Carmen at drop off every day, so I know he’s happy - a relief to my anxious Mama’s heart!
We moved to the area when my daughter was almost 3, about two months into the school year. We were concerned about the transition, as she had some issues changing classrooms and teachers at her old school. She has thrived in her class at Primrose, mostly smooth and happy dropoffs, and there teachers are very helpful if we have a hard morning. One of the biggest draws has been the tenure of the teachers. Our daughter had 6 teachers over the course of 18 months at her old school, so knowing her teachers had been there for 7+ years in the same class has given us a lot of stability and comfort. I am very grateful we would up here! Looking forward to sending our second child there in a few months.
My daughter has the best time. She loves all of her teachers and even still goes and visits with her teachers that she had previously. Never had a bad experience.
They have incredible interest and love. Every child is very important to them, very valuable, all teachers and school management are incredibly experienced.
We've been at Primrose East Lake for over 7 years and had nothing but a great experience. From the infant room to Pre-K, my daughters have been loved and taught so well here!
I feel like my daughter actually learns at Primrose East Lake. It's more like school than daycare. She gets a good mix of play and education. Every teacher we've had thus far has been great - they seem to really care about the kids and are always in a good mood (which I know is a challenge when taking care of a bunch of small children). Emmy and Savannah are always friendly and helpful at the front desk. I also really appreciate the access to activities like dance and soccer during the school day. My daughter looks forward to those every week. The only thing preventing me from giving it a 10 is the price. It's a little expensive, but you get what you pay for, and like I said above, we're getting very good care and really great teachers.
Our child has learned so much since enrolling at Primrose and we can tell his teachers truly care about him. He is so excited to go to school everyday!
We love Primrose! The teachers and staff are fabulous and my kids actually like going to school each day. It’s so cool when our oldest surprises us by saying something out of the blue that we know we didn’t teach him, but that he learned at school!
