Professional environment, relaxed teachers

Our experience at Primrose Emory Northlake School has been the best. From the infant teachers, to the director, Jen, and the assistant director, Tamara, we have never felt like our son was being neglected or wasn't being taken care of to the highest of standards and quality. The communication and curriculum are top notch. Thank you Primrose Emory Northlake for taking such great care of our little blessing!

We love the caring staff at primrose. The ONLY reason we did not give a 10 was because- even though the class updates are great with pictures of the kids I wish there was a little more individual feedback given from the teachers. We LOVE Chef, and when we left, my daughter kept asking if Chef was going to come with us. They really liked the food, and it was such a load off my mind when I didnt have to meal plan

Teachers are great, my son is really enjoying it and learning so much. Entire staff is great too, school is very organized and we never experienced any issues. My son loved water days this summer, he was really looking forward to them. Thank you so much for everything you do!

I like the way the staff makes us feel welcome and important. Our children are loved and respected. We also love how they provide quality meals and work with us for special dietary needs.We also love the structure provided by the classrooms.

We feel like Louise has grown so much over the past year mentally and socially. The curriculum seems to serve the kids very well.

The app made it easy to communicate with teachers/care givers and the administrative side of things. The updates about what my child was doing, and how well they ate at each meal was very helpful. We learned to like new foods! It takes so much off the mental load as to what they will eat. Chef C and the staff are so loving to my kids and yes while there are tears at drop off, during the weekend my kids ask abt their teachers "are we going to see ms. X and ms. y today?" The hours are also SO CONVIENENT. I will say that the only reason it's not a 10 is because the playground is SO STERILE and there are no windows in the classrooms. I get this location is in a strip mall, but having more shrubbery and plants would make it more alive.

Primrose is very welcoming. The staff/faculty are all very friendly and helpful. And I love that they get to know my baby and are clearly invested in his growth and development!

The entire staff is excellent! My son loved his teachers from day one, which was a huge relief. He had a tough time transitioning when he first started daycare, so I was worried about the move to this school—but it couldn’t have gone better. I get regular updates on how he’s doing throughout the day, and every time I drop him off, I know he’s in safe, loving hands, receiving the best care possible. Also, he hasn’t been sick since January when he started, which I didn’t think was possible as he was sick a lot in the past. We’re having a very good experience.
