Almost everything about Primrose is an upgrade from our previous school. The facility is cleaner, the teachers really seem to care and are not burnt out, the menu is much more nutritious, and the curriculum is much better for my child. The only "negative" thing I have to say about Primrose is the timing of some of the daily activities. Nap time doesn't start until sometime between 1:00-1:30, and the afternoon snack is usually around 3:00-3:30. With this, my child does not want to eat dinner and doesn't want to sleep because they aren't tired.

Whether it's encouraging early friendships, celebrating milestones (big and small), or patiently guiding through the tougher days, they always show up with kindness, consistency, and care. We’ve seen so much growth in our girls—not just in what they’re learning, but in how confident and curious they’ve become. That’s a direct reflection of the team at Primrose and the values they instill every day. To all the staff and teachers who make this place so special: thank you. We love the teachers for our infant and preschooler! Everyone is so kind and reassuring. We get so much communication and know the kids are happy and healthy.

We switched from a different facility in Westfield to Primrose. We love it!! We can tell a difference in our child with the learning opportunities and consistency at Primrose. Communication is a priority and we greatly appreciate that. We would recommend Grand Park Primrose to anyone looking for childcare in the area!

We had a great experience at Primrose school of Grand Park. Ruth developed socially/emotionally very well; she made great friends, teachers were very supportive, and didn't see them change within an academic year, (which I feel is great for the children). Lots of activities very organized and schedules were updated/informed in advance. Pictures/videos were shared on a daily basis via summary mails and via Procare app. The environment was really safe, didn't have any concerning incidents etc. Staff always had a pleasant smile. Being a parent of 5 kids, I know how hard it is to stay positive, especially, during the 'rush' hours. I would definitely recommend Primrose of Grand Park.

I love having my children at Grand Park. As both a parent and employee of this facility, I appreciate the work-life balance, consistency in care, and drive for continual improvement. This location has been paths to quality rated since opening almost 5 years ago and holds national accreditation through Cognia. The educators at this facility truly pay attention to the details and strive for each child to receive the care and support that they need to develop and grow.
