We absolutely love Primrose School of Hidden Lakes. The teachers have always been wonderful and genuinely care about the children—they take such great care of my kids and truly make them feel loved. The communication from the staff is consistently clear and reliable, which gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. What stands out most is how safe and supported my children feel every day. It’s evident that the teachers build real relationships with the kids, and I always feel confident leaving my children in their care. We are so grateful to be part of a school community that is both nurturing and professional.

We love our primrose, everyone truly cares for our son and it makes us feel so good to have him in a place he loves and they love him in return. We cannot recommend primrose hidden lakes and the staff enough. We are so grateful for y’all!

Primrose Hidden Lakes staff and teachers go above and beyond to make sure our children’s needs are met both from an emotional and scholastic standpoint. My kids look forward to going to school to say hi to the leadership team each morning and to see their teachers and friends. We are so thankful for this team of people!

My daughter has been attending this daycare for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. Every single day she comes home saying, "I had a great day!”which speaks volumes about the care, kindness, and engaging environment the staff provide. The teachers are nurturing, attentive, and truly make the children feel safe and loved. It gives me such peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands and genuinely enjoys her time there. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a place where their child can grow, learn, and be happy every day.

I am very impressed by the teachers by the menu, the little animals that represent positive character traits… literally everything about the school is fantastic. My son is there for after school care and I have never been able to find an afterschool care that he liked until he went to Primrose. i’m extremely happy with the service that is provided.

Primrose at Hidden Lakes ("PHL") has been a God-send for my family. With three children under the age of 4, we needed a place that felt like home. PHL provides top notch service in every way. From the front office, to the teachers, to Ms. Sherri in the kitchen -- my kids feel safe, I feel heard & our family feels valued. Every single staff member knows my children's' names (even if they're in a different class!!). The kids are thriving & we are so grateful for all the love and attention that is poured into them every single week day. Thank you Primrose at Hidden Lakes team!

I love everything! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I am super happy to see how my child is cared for while I am at work. He is happy and clean. Best move we ever made and I wish we would’ve started right out of the gate with y’all. I really appreciate the updates throughout the day and the little happy grams that are thought out and sent home. It makes me happy to see such effort in caring for my son. I love seeing the older kids having such cool and fun opportunities at school as well it’s a view into what he will grow into and get to experience.

We love our kids teachers and value that they are able to give us detailed accounts of their days and things they’re learning. Admin staff is always quick to answer our questions and keep us well informed of activities, changes to schedule, etc. All the programs and curriculum have been well thought out and coordinated, some favorites have been offering fun summer treats like snow cone and splash days as well as hands on educational opportunities like the butterfly release. We have loved seeing our children continue to thrive and grow with Primrose!

Our experience at Primrose Hidden Lake has been a wonderful experience. Our son has grown exponentially in his learning and development skills. We are also starting our youngest daughter at Primrose in August. We can tell the staff truly cares for all the children and genuinely treats the children as if they were their own. We couldn't recommend Primrose enough.
