Friendly and warm environment! Multiple staff who genuinely seem happy and supported. There’s always programming special events and the curriculum evolves so I know my child is learning new things and is being engaged in different ways. Staff always proactively reach out with concerns and reports so family always feels included and aware of how child is doing.

The entire staff, including other teachers, knows our daughter's name, they communicate well, and our daughter loves going there and learns a lot. My experience at Primrose School was truly wonderful. One of the things I appreciated most was the warm and welcoming environment from the very first day. The staff made both the children and the parents feel comfortable and cared for, creating a positive and nurturing atmosphere that made a real difference. A standout part of my experience was the exceptional quality of the teachers. There was one teacher in particular who was truly outstanding — always patient, kind, and incredibly attentive to each child's needs. She made learning fun and meaningful, and it was clear she genuinely cared about her students’ growth and happiness. Her warmth, dedication, and ability to connect with the children left a lasting impression on me. Overall, the combination of a caring environment and wonderful teachers made my time with Primrose School incredibly special, and I’m so grateful for the experience.

I like that the staff takes an interest in my child. They are always willing to provide updates on her performance. I enjoy checking the app throughout the day to get updates. It definitely comes in handy to see if I need to adjust meals or bedtime in the evening. I also like the lessons. I would never try them at this age because I think my daughter is too young to try the lessons. I really enjoy the activities and always make it a point to join in for quality time with my child.

You can tell the standard is set VERY high and the expectations for all staff members is maintained, I think that’s a huge relief for us. We do not need to worry too much about what’s going on everyday because you have our trust.
