We’ve had a wonderful experience with Primrose—it’s clear the staff truly care about the kids and take great care of them. The teachers are warm, the curriculum is top notch and well-rounded, and our child is thriving both academically and socially. Communication is generally great and the team is easy to work with, though we would appreciate a bit more advance notice for special events (for example, we only learned about Kona Ice on the day it arrived, so our child unfortunately missed out and was disappointed). That said, the school environment is incredibly clean and the meals made by Mrs. Salas are a hit; they enjoy a wide variety and eat really well. Overall, we’re very happy and grateful to be part of this community!

Primrose has provided my son with an experience and care beyond my expectations. My son comes home every day happy and surprises me with all the new things he's learning. He just started in the Pre-K class and there has been a huge increase in his ability to recite the alphabet and count to 10 and identify colors and his vocabulary is just growing and growing. Thank you to all the teachers and staff at Primrose! Your work and care mean everything to my family!

We have had, overall, a wonderful 4.5 years at this school. While turnover in staffing is to be expected, and maybe the way of the labor market today, we felt like we had great support, some amazing teachers and stable leadership overall. My only comment would be to add more time for the parents to connect; I know this happens organically, but it would have been great to have more time to connect to other parents. We appreciate our time here, and we are thankful for having this school nearby.

The teachers and staff are really great and kind. What we would like to see improved is more healthy food choices and variety of foods. Tomato soup for a toddler is really messy so it is important we have the menu ready the week before so we can dress our children accordingly. Another concern is just making sure that the biting is monitored a little better. My son is still getting bit almost on a weekly basis since September 2024. I have an understanding of why it is happening, but would prefer it was managed better by bringing in another staff member to monitor. Thanks.
