From the very first day our son started at Primrose at three months old, we knew we had found somewhere truly special. As new parents, it can be overwhelming, but from day one, every member of the Primrose team showed him so much love, care, and attention. Every day we’re greeted with smiles, and at drop-off, he happily reaches for his teachers and friends, which means everything to us. Knowing he spends his days surrounded by kindness, support, and encouragement gives us an incredible sense of peace and gratitude. We are beyond thankful for Primrose and the meaningful role they play in our son’s growth, development, and happiness!

The teachers are so engaged and present- they all always seem to be in a good mood and giving off positive energy, no matter what time of day. The curriculum is so well thought through and had such a great balance of community/friendship building and education.

They were like family and knew our kids as well as anyone could and knew the ins and outs of each child. Our kids miss going to primrose when they are on the weekends because they have so much fun. Absolute 20/10 stars. Amazing group of teachers that I feel are family.

Teachers and staff are very helpful. I am very pleased with what my daughter is learning. My pediatrician thinks that Primrose has good “disease control”. Most importantly, my daughter likes it there.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care our son has received since starting daycare just over a month ago (at 3 months old). The growth and development we’ve already seen in him have been amazing, and we know so much of that is thanks to the love, attention, and support he’s getting every day. His teachers are absolutely wonderful—so sweet, nurturing, and genuinely invested in his well-being. It’s clear they truly care, and that gives us so much peace of mind as new parents. Every morning at drop-off and every afternoon at pick-up, we’re greeted with smiles and warmth from the staff. There’s such a positive energy throughout the building—it really feels like a second home for him. We feel 100% confident that he’s in the right place, and we’re so thankful to be part of the Primrose family!

When your children tell you that they "can't wait to go to school again" you know you've found the right place. We love Primrose from the staff to the curriculum and will always recommend Primrose Town Center.

Teachers are welcoming and friendly. My son leaps out of my arms daily when greeted by his teachers and leadership team. The communication in Procare lets me know what his days consist of and I love seeing him interacting with other classmates. I also love that they provide comfort about development stressors and give encouraging words to me while updating his progress. It provides such relief and comfort knowing he's in good hands.

The teachers are attentive and caring. They are very supportive of kids who have a hard time going to a new school or a new camp. They do a lot of activities and holiday events with the kids which makes it exciting! My son loves the meals from chef Avery. The administrative staff is very friendly and communicates extremely well!
