Teachers truly care about the children and love spending time with them. I love the frequent app updates and photos. Most of all, I love that my child is generally happy and pickup AND drop off.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Primrose and truly cannot say enough good things about it. The entire staff is absolutely amazing — kind, caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children. From the teachers to the leadership team, everyone has created such a warm, nurturing, and positive environment for our family. We are so incredibly appreciative of the care they give our children each day. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing they are in a place where they are loved, supported, and encouraged to grow. It is clear that the staff truly care about each child as an individual and take the time to help them feel safe, confident, and happy. The growth we have seen in our children since attending Primrose has been amazing. They have learned so much academically, socially, and emotionally, and we are constantly impressed by the new skills they bring home. We have seen their confidence blossom, their curiosity grow, and their love of learning deepen in such a meaningful way. We are incredibly grateful for Primrose and for all of the wonderful people who make it such a special place. Primrose is "buttoned up." Every staff member I've met is kind, clearly cares about my kids, and is both skilled and efficient in their roles. The Broadway facility is well designed and maintained, kept very clean, and a safe/secure place to leave my children. I have an infant and a 4 year old with them, and both have had great experiences with the developmental programs and with the high standard of care including nutritious meals being offered daily. I also appreciate the technology deployed at the center. For convenience, the Procare app allows the teachers to share pictures and updates throughout the day and the staff/parents to communicate quickly as needed. For peace of mind, each family also has a unique pin code that must be typed in to enter the facility and to check children in/out of the building.

Ive been incredibly impressed with Primrose school since enrolling my baby. The teachers are doing an outstanding job both educating and nurturing her—she’s thriving in every way, from his social skills to her daily routines. What really sets this place apart for me is their app; getting real-time updates on everything from nap times to play activities makes me feel so calm and happy, even during my busiest workdays. Knowing she’s in such caring, capable hands gives me complete peace of mind. Highly recommend this school to any parent!

Ms. Khristine and Ms. Hayley taught my baby how to eat solids, nap on a schedule, and crawl! It's unreal how much he's developed and learned since he started daycare a short four months ago. I am already dreading the day he has to move classrooms (although I'm sure the next one will be just as good!). My husband and I talk at least once a day about how grateful we are for Primrose.

The teachers are AMAZING. I love the real time updates, that meals and snacks are included, and the care and attention the teachers show the babies. When I drop my 11 month old daughter off, I know she’s being taken care of well/is happy - and when I pick her up, she seems so happy and tired from a fun-filled day! 100/10 we love it here.
