What we liked most about Primrose was the peace of mind it gave us as parents. The teachers are incredibly warm and communicative, and the facility is always clean and welcoming. We loved the balanced curriculum and knowing that he was spending his days engaged in activities that helped him learn, socialize, and have fun.

We truly can’t say enough good things about Primrose at Pelham. Sending your kids to school every day is a big deal, and knowing they’re loved, safe, and genuinely excited to be there makes all the difference. Our children have grown so much since starting at Primrose—not just in what they’ve learned academically, but in their confidence, kindness, and independence. Their teachers have been incredibly patient, caring, and invested in helping them thrive, and it’s obvious how much they love what they do. One of the things we’ve appreciated most is the communication. We love getting updates throughout the day and always feel like we’re part of our children’s learning journey. The entire staff knows our family, greets us with a smile, and goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Primrose at Pelham has been such a blessing to our family, and we’re so thankful for the love, support, and strong foundation they’ve given our children. We would recommend them without hesitation to any family looking for a place where their children will truly be cared for and encouraged to grow.

I appreciate the open communication between me/my husband and her teachers. She bonked her mouth on a bench the other day, and I was impressed with being notified of the incident before picking her up. I thoroughly enjoy the daily photos that are sent. The staff seem to care deeply about my child and her development- and my child seems to enjoy her classroom. She never fusses when I leave her, which tells me she loves her teachers. I also deeply appreciate the front staff knowing who my child is and addressing her by name when we arrive and/or when we leave. I feel valued as a parent, and I feel that my child is even more valued.

The teachers have been amazing. All the teachers and staff are so welcoming and truly care about each child. I can tell Ellie has a lot of fun and I love seeing how many things she's learning at school. Not just childcare but truly helping her explore, have new experiences, and grow. Thank you!

I felt my daughter was safe and well care for. It’s been 3 years and she was happy. I guess when they get to the Explorers program they need something different sometimes. They make crafts which she loves. She wants a change. We were very happy in Primrose and maybe in the future we’ll come back.

My wife and I love sending our daughter to Primrose. The development we have seen in her month over month is amazing. She is genuinely cared for there each and every day and the staff are incredible and show that they care. Our future children will be attending Primrose and I really couldn't recommend it any higher than I already do. Sending our daughter here is one of the best decisions we have ever made.

The teachers and school leadership are incredible! Both of our sons have enjoyed their time at Primrose at Pelham and learned a lot. Our oldest was very prepared for Kindergarten this year.

Primrose isn’t a “daycare.” It’s an investment in my child’s future. The leadership and staff are well trained in childhood development and thoughtfully plan a curriculum that helps my child grow. My child loves going to school and sharing what he’s learned with me. Most importantly, I have total trust that he is well cared for when he’s there. I consider Primrose to be part of our family, and I know they love my child like he’s their own!

The staff and management at Primrose Pelham has been absolutely amazing! Our little boy has been there for over two years through the various classes and teachers and have loved every single one of them! We would highly recommend them for childcare regardless of age!
