The care and attention they pay our kids and all children. The professionalism the caring teachers bring to th curriculum and to their duties. We have had both (soon to be 3) kids in Primrose Polaris since they were infants and are very pleased

The staff is friendly and very accommodating to our son. It’s his first daycare experience and some drop offs aren’t the greatest but the teachers do a great job of knowing his needs. Also, I love the updates via the app throughout the day.

Teachers are great, everyone is very attentive and kind with the kids. Front desk and management is nice too, however they consistently fail to notify families about injuries in a timely manner (sometimes hours after the incident happened).

Our child loves all the special activities and treats, like the popsicles or Kona ice, cookie Friday, splash day. We also love that he gets a mix of different teachers so transitions feel less disruptive.

It goes above and beyond what anyone expects when they look for daycare. It truly is a school. Its daily structure has helped our family adjust our son more easily as he grows out of things like naps and such, he learns soooo much everyday that I’m just constantly amazed., and they do so many wonderful things for the kids like splash day and cookie Friday and holiday activities, it’s just so wonderful. And the staff at the Polaris location is truly fantastic, they are all so warm and friendly and caring. My son absolutely loves it there.

We are very pleased with the quality of education and care our child is receiving. His teachers in PreK are great at providing updates in the app. Everyone is friendly and accomodating. If I may offer feedback, please reduce the amount of emails you're sending daily. Today alone, 4/14, I've received 5 emails. A parents night out reminder, a PreK uniform reminder, an email wishing Megy the pig a happy birthday, a spring fling donation reminder, and a request to complete this survey.

The staff really goes out of their way to make the kids feel special. They do so many activities and things I had no idea they even did when I signed my kid up here. My kid loves it, he learns so much, he has so much fun, and I'm just very grateful for the experience he's had so far.
