We are very pleased with the quality of education and care our child is receiving. His teachers in PreK are great at providing updates in the app. Everyone is friendly and accomodating. If I may offer feedback, please reduce the amount of emails you're sending daily. Today alone, 4/14, I've received 5 emails. A parents night out reminder, a PreK uniform reminder, an email wishing Megy the pig a happy birthday, a spring fling donation reminder, and a request to complete this survey.

The staff really goes out of their way to make the kids feel special. They do so many activities and things I had no idea they even did when I signed my kid up here. My kid loves it, he learns so much, he has so much fun, and I'm just very grateful for the experience he's had so far.

We have had a great experience with Primrose! Great communicators that truly care about your child as well as your child’s development and well being. There has been some turnover recently, but we have so far continued to have a great experience.

The teachers and staff are excellent and take the time to learn each child's individual wants and needs. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcomed and invited. Since day one, they have been accommodating to our baby especially since she had been exclusively breastfed until starting daycare. They've worked with her with bottles and eating and always make sure to keep us updated throughout the day.

We've had a great experience at the Primrose School at Polaris. It's apparent that each staff member creates a bond with the children and provides a comfortable and nurturing environment for them. We have enjoyed watching our daughter develop and grow each and every day!

We have had nothing short of an amazing experience with Primrose School at Polaris! Leaving my son to return to work felt like an impossible task, but the staff at Primrose eased my worries and created an environment my son is excited to be. I would highly recommend Primrose School at Polaris to anyone looking for a daycare that makes your child feel like family.
