We’ve had a wonderful experience with Primrose SCCC. Jackie and Amy Hughes do an incredible job managing the day-to-day operations, and their dedication truly stands out. The teachers are kind, caring, and wonderful with the children. There are so many engaging activities for kids of all ages, and I especially love how parents are encouraged to be involved through events and projects. Any concerns or issues are addressed promptly and thoughtfully. The leadership is excellent, and the staff is truly outstanding. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to any parent looking for a safe, caring environment for their child.

Teachers are wonderful! So patient and caring. When my daughter had a rough month or so with drop-offs, they kept working with me untilbwe found a successful routine. The support staff is also so helpful. They are readily available for questions and always very personable. Everything at the school is so organized, clean, and well communicated. The facility has wonderful natural light and a beautiful playground area. Sometimes it is hard to get my daughter to leave at the end of the day :-)

Everyone from the administrative staff to the teachers in the classroom are outstanding. They love your kids like their own. They keep you updated throughout the day with the Procare app every day, and I feel like I never have to worry about my child when he’s there. If you have any questions or concerns, they address them promptly. We are so lucky to have found Primrose!

What I liked most about our experience at Primrose School at St. Charles Community College was the caring and dedicated staff who truly focus on each child’s overall development. Our experience there was amazing with our son and continues to be with our daughter. I can’t recommend this place enough. Our son had a difficult time around age 4 and had been at primrose for about a year and a half at that point. It was a rough few months and they were really there for us through that time and never made us feel like he was too much for them to handle. They really helped him and us through that and he’s doing so much better now, and I will never forget how they treated my son! My daughter is still there now and they continue to exceed expectations. The teachers are amazing and kind and patient - my children learn how to be good people there, and they get a lot of fun outdoor time.

I have been so happy with our experience at Primrose. As a parent of a young child, finding a place that balances high-quality education with a nurturing environment was my top priority, and Primrose has exceeded my expectations. We could not be happier with Primrose. Our daughter went to Primrose and is now in 1st Grade. Our son, age 2, is currently attending. The school is so caring towards the children and they have such a great curriculum. Our son has learned so much since starting there. Our daughter was more than prepared when she started kindergarten. As a working mom, it is so important to me to know that my kiddos are taken care of when we drop them off. Thank you for providing such a great school!

Both of our children have had an incredible experience at Primrose and we always highly recommend to friends, neighbors and on social media groups! The education is top notch. Our older son was more than prepared for kindergarten. He is now in second grade and is reading above grade level and excelling in math. Our younger son is in the early preschool class and is thriving. The school has an amazing owner and leadership team who ensures all staff members are a great fit with very low turnover. We absolutely love Primrose! It’s been the best investment we’ve made for our children!
