Since our initial meeting with Amy at Primrose, we have had an exceptional experience. The care and attention they pay each and every student is fantastic. The office staff as well as all of the teachers are kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. I have seen my daughter progress and grow so much since starting Primrose. I am confident that she is loved and nurtured and encouraged to be her absolute best self.

From day one, we’ve felt an incredible sense of comfort and trust knowing our children are in such caring and capable hands at Primrose. Between our two children, we’ve experienced every classroom level, and the consistency in the quality of the educators has truly been exceptional. This is a clear reflection of a leadership team that genuinely values its staff and invests in their growth to ensure the very best for the children. It has been a joy to watch our little ones grow, not just academically but emotionally as well. The teachers have supported their cognitive development while also showing deep compassion and attentiveness to even the smallest emotional milestones. Every single teacher and staff member truly do care and help the little ones grow to their fullest potential. Between the lesson plans and the organization of the daily schedule, children have a great set up to succeed. And the app used to keep track of what your child is up to during the day is easy and streamlined.

Everyone who works at Primrose is kind. You can tell they want to be there and they’re dedicated to the kids. The facility is run well and I feel good everyday dropping my daughter off, knowing that she will be treated well and kept safe. I am especially grateful for Mrs. Lentz and Ms. Howard. They are the best, and our family loves them!!

We are so grateful for the wonderful care and support Primrose School - St. Charles Community College provides for our son! The teachers are kind, patient, and truly invested in the children's well-being and development. My 20 months old son enjoys his current teacher , Mrs. Klein, and her warm , calm and genuine caring personality. We especially appreciate the communication from the staff, keeping us updated on daily activities and milestones. It gives us peace of mind knowing our child is in such a nurturing and loving space. Primrose is the 3rd school we have tried for our 3-year old son and we LOVE it! Our son is full of energy and quite intelligent so keeping his attention can be difficult. Since starting at Primrose, our son has flourished intellectually, socially, and emotionally. I wish we had started him at Primrose much earlier.

My children have loved coming to school at primrose! I know they are well cared for and LOVED. My kids come home and talk about their teachers and how much fun they had at school. The school gives my kids the opportunity to grow at their own pace and the teachers adapt to what my children need. The comfort of knowing my kids are happy and safe is everything for my family!
