From the very first day our boys joined the Primrose family, we knew we had made the right choice. Every single teacher at the school is wonderful and genuinely cares about each child’s growth and development. When we drop them off, we always feel confident knowing they are in such caring and capable hands. It’s not just the teachers, though—the entire Primrose team is incredible. Every staff member goes above and beyond to create a nurturing, supportive environment where the children can truly thrive. We are so grateful for everything they do!

We’ve been at Primrose Sterling Ranch for about 2.5 years now and have had an overall great experience. The staff is friendly and seem to genuinely care about our kiddo. He enjoys going to school and the updates we receive throughout the day help to keep us connected. Some teachers are more communicative than others, and at times I’d love more in-person updates on how our kiddo is doing, but overall we are happy with the progress and he is learning new things all the time. Overall, I’d recommend Primrose SR to others based on our experience.

My daughter has learned so much while attending Primrose. She absolutely loves her teachers and classmates. The staff is great and willing to work with you if any problems occur (which is very VERY rare). You can tell the staff really loves what they do and care for the students.

Our kiddo has really found her stride socially and academically. We have felt supported by the leadership and staff when we have had concerns or questions. We're excited for the next phase and really thank our teachers at Primrose for helping her along the way.

We have only been with Primrose for 3 months now and most of the staff downstairs all know my kiddo by name and say Hi if they see us walking in the building. The staff are very communicative in the app. We look forward to the pictures and updates everyday. I love that they not only care for infants, but also get them engaged in learning activities, crafts, etc.

We’ve been very happy with our experience for our daughter. She started in Preschool and moved into Pre-K. We feel she has not only learned so much but has also really come out of her shell socially! We attribute a lot of this to the curriculum and teachers.
