A Truly Wonderful Preschool Experience! We can't express enough how grateful we are for the incredible care and education our son has received at this preschool. We moved him here after relocating my work office, and also due to some concerns at his previous school (within the same franchise). The difference has been truly remarkable! From day one, the environment has been warm, structured, and nurturing. Our son felt at home right away--no issues with bullying or discomfort--and we immediately noticed how thoughtfully the classrooms were set up to support both learning and emotional growth. What stands out the most is how much the children are actually learning every day. Our son tells us how much he enjoys practicing writing, learning new concepts, and engaging in meaningful activities--not just playing. The school strikes an amazing balance between structured academic learning and social-emotional development. The kids are learning how to use their words, how to share, take turns, and interact respectfully. It's a true preschool in every sense of the word. We're constantly impressed by how well-behaved, kind, and curious the children are.. It's clear the staff and teachers here set a high standard and lead by example. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Hunter (his wonderful preschool teacher), Ms. Linda (the Executive Director who makes this place the best), Ms. Lynn, and every staff member who contributes to this outstanding school community. You've made a huge difference in our son's life, and we are beyond grateful. We highly recommend this preschool to any family looking for a place where children are genuinely nurtured and challenged to grow.

I'm happy with Primrose School for my 3-year-old daughter. She has been attending for over a year now and truly enjoys going to school. The teachers are kind and caring—she especially likes Ms. Christina. I’m very satisfied with the school’s focus on safety, security, communication, and the variety of extracurricular activities offered. As first-time parents, we initially felt a bit overwhelmed, but Ms. Linda and Ms. Lynn have been incredibly supportive and helpful, which made the transition much easier. Overall, we’re very pleased with the staff, management, and the positive environment they create for the children.

We were so nervous about the change of schools and going from infant to toddler room. They made the transition for our daughter so easy! She is so excited to go to “school” everyday.

My experience at Primrose School at the Galleria has been stress-free. I never have to worry about my daughter's safety while she is at school. The entire staff at Primrose is excellent, and the management does a great job of maintaining high standards at the school.

The staff is exceptional—100% dedicated to their roles. They are welcoming, friendly, and make an effort to know each child by name, which clearly demonstrates their genuine care for the kids. My daughter has been at Primrose since she was one year old and has thoroughly enjoyed the support of all her teachers at each grade level.

We overall love it. Admin staff and teachers are all very kind and loving. My son enjoys coming here and for me that says it all. It is a very small Daycare and that is probably one of the things I like the most, because it feels more like a big family than anything else.

The facilities are very secure and safe. Staff is very friendly and attentive. I love the app that is frequently updated, and allows me to know what’s going on throughout my child’s day.

Everyone here is incredibly friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciate. Being able to see my daughter’s photos throughout the day via the app gives me such peace of mind. Watching her videos as she plays and explores different activities is absolutely wonderful, it’s a joy to stay connected to her day in this way!

They take good care of the kids

First and foremost my kids love it there!!! My toddler is sad when I pick him up every afternoon because he is having fun playing with his classmates and he does not want to leave. The teachers are incredible kind, caring, and patient with my kids and the director is equally kind and patient with not only the kids but also the parents. I’m so appreciative to have Primrose as a support system for my family!
