The staff is exceptional—100% dedicated to their roles. They are welcoming, friendly, and make an effort to know each child by name, which clearly demonstrates their genuine care for the kids. My daughter has been at Primrose since she was one year old and has thoroughly enjoyed the support of all her teachers at each grade level.

We overall love it. Admin staff and teachers are all very kind and loving. My son enjoys coming here and for me that says it all. It is a very small Daycare and that is probably one of the things I like the most, because it feels more like a big family than anything else.

The facilities are very secure and safe. Staff is very friendly and attentive. I love the app that is frequently updated, and allows me to know what’s going on throughout my child’s day.

Everyone here is incredibly friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciate. Being able to see my daughter’s photos throughout the day via the app gives me such peace of mind. Watching her videos as she plays and explores different activities is absolutely wonderful, it’s a joy to stay connected to her day in this way!

They take good care of the kids

First and foremost my kids love it there!!! My toddler is sad when I pick him up every afternoon because he is having fun playing with his classmates and he does not want to leave. The teachers are incredible kind, caring, and patient with my kids and the director is equally kind and patient with not only the kids but also the parents. I’m so appreciative to have Primrose as a support system for my family!

Above all the two primary reasons I would strongly recommend Primrose at the Galleria are: 1) Trust in the Management: Ms. Linda and Mrs Annette have certainly earned my trust. I have grown to have a great deal of confidence in their leadership and they are by far the main reason we have stayed at Primrose. Additionally, the curriculum expansion they have implemented (ex: Soccer shots, Sports, Dance, Retiree singers, Parents Night Out etc) is fantastic and provides for a more holistic experience. These two should be greatly reworded for the transformation they have done. 2) Staff: There are some staff members such as Ms. Ray, Ms. Hunter, Ms. Isael, Mrs. Carrine and Ms. May who truely seem to have a passion for the work they do OR at least attempt to build a personal relationship with each student. Additionally, the student ethnic diversity is a big plus as it help ensure our kids exposed to students from various backgrounds

I can write a novel on my love and appreciation for the team at Primrose -Galleria. The environment is so welcoming! The only way I can explain primrose is a home away from home for my son! My child has a whole extra family that interact and care for him daily. Who feed him, hold him, play and read to him, as well as encourage him to meet his milestones! Our sons pediatrician was initially concerned for him to begin daycare at just 3 months, however has been more than impressed at each checkup seeing the development he is making. My child has a smile on his face and reaches for his teachers at drop off and is happy when we return at the end of the day. I feel the most secure with my child being at primrose. & I am grateful that we found such a great school for our baby to grow with.

We love the communication, loving teachers and strong academics they provide. With communication, Primrose sends many daily pictures and updates in the ProCare app. They also send reminder emails and send out a monthly event calendar. Their organization helps me to stay organized throughout the week. The front staff and teachers are amazing! I have been so impressed with them! As an elementary teacher, I love that they provide a strong academic foundation even starting with the infant classroom. I know my boys will be more than ready for kindergarten. I would definitely recommend Primrose to anyone I know!

Things about Primrose that we love and that set is apart from other daycares: - The curriculum - The quality of the teachers - The inclusive environment - The diversity of the students and families I feel very comfortable sending my daughter to school every day. I know she is loved and well-cared for every day, and she loves going to school every day.

Everyone is so kind and very attentive to our daughter. They’ve worked with us on accommodating her allergies and giving foods from home. We also feel it’s very safe and secure and our daughter is thriving.
