I love all the activities put in place to ensure growth and development with no screen time. We’ve seen a huge growth in our boy and I give a lot of credit to the school. I always tell people it’s his school and not a daycare but there is so much more to it.

We really appreciate the consistent communication from staff and teachers. The daily updates, photos, and newsletters help us feel connected and confident that our child is in great hands. Ms. Kisha has been such a positive influence on our son. Her patience, kindness, and creativity have helped him grow so much socially and emotionally. We are so grateful to be part of the Primrose family. It’s comforting to know that our son is not just being looked after, but is also being nurtured and guided by such a caring team everyday. We have entrusted Primrose from the beginning of our son’s journey.

The leadership and teachers are both aligned and treat children and their parents like family. Everyone is super communicative and we truly feel Primrose is a good match for our child.

My daughter is my evidence. She has grown and flourished. She is learning to follow rules, respect others, and of course the traditional education things are on point. They follow a curriculum just like a high school does. I credit Primrose for helping her to the next level. Thanks .

Ms. Maureen, Ms. McKayla, Ms. Vanessa and the Primrose staff have been so amazing. As a first time daycare mom, they have made this transition so smooth. I always know that my son is being taken care of and loved on. They also make sure to share many pictures on the app throughout the day, which makes me feel even more at ease. I appreciate them all so much.

We moved our son to this school about a year ago, and it has been one of the best decisions we've made. My husband and I have watched him grow and improve in so many ways, and we couldn’t be happier. The school was incredibly patient and supportive throughout his potty training journey, guiding us every step of the way. Our son, Dean, is full of energy and enthusiasm. The staff worked closely with us to ensure he receives the guidance he needs, and their level of communication is truly exceptional. This school has given our son the space to flourish and succeed, and we are beyond grateful.

The front of house staff is phenomenal- Ryann, Meghann, and Ms. Curry all deserve a raise for how well they manage the place. The owners are very active and it is apparent that they care. We’ve had great teachers and my kids are excited to go every morning to see them.

Overall, we have been very pleased in our daughter's growth due to the teaching and caring she receives at Primrose. The only negative I can think of is how much turnover has happened. It's a lot of new faces. As a logic thinker, I can't help but wonder why. My daughter is happy and likes to go, so that say a lot.

We cannot recommend Primrose Waterside Estates highly enough. As first-time parents, we initially hesitated to choose this daycare because it didn’t have cameras (a concern for us at the time), and we regret that decision. After experiencing two other highly recommended daycares in the area, we can confidently say that Primrose far exceeds them in every way. From the moment you enter, there’s a palpable sense of calm. It’s immediately clear that this is a place where children are cared for, not just supervised. There’s no chaos—no kids running through hallways or overwhelming noise. Instead, you’ll see children engaged in meaningful activities and having fun within a structured, nurturing environment. Every classroom follows a well-planned curriculum designed to meet each child’s developmental needs, ensuring that learning is both enjoyable and purposeful. The staff is exceptional. There are always enough teachers to meet state requirements, but more importantly, they’re attentive and actively engaged with the children. Whether it’s teaching, playing, or simply being present, the staff never seems rushed or distracted. It’s clear that the well-being of every child is their priority. We also love the daily updates through the app, which include several pictures of our son’s day, so we never miss out on his progress and activities. For working parents like us, reliability is key. The hours and scheduling at Primrose are more than accommodating, which is incredibly important when our family isn’t always available to help. One of the most impressive aspects of Primrose is the administration. The leadership team is outstanding. They are organized, communicative, and always available to address any questions or concerns. It’s evident that they run a tight ship, but more importantly, they create a positive and supportive environment for both staff and families. Overall, our experience at Primrose Waterside Estates has been exceptional, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to any parent, whether they’re just starting their daycare journey or considering a switch. We only wish we had made this decision sooner!

Everyone is very friendly and approachable. All 4 of my kids have enjoyed their experience here. They have all left fully prepared and excited for elementary school. Primrose not only helped my children knowledgeably but socially as well. This is our last year here and it is very bittersweet as it will feel like leaving a part of the family. We are so grateful to have had Primrose Waterside by our side for so many wonderful years. Thank you!
