We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this preschool! Everyone is always so pleasant, welcoming, and approachable. I really appreciate how much communication we receive, whether it’s through email, in person, or via the app. It keeps us informed and connected to what’s happening each day. One of my favorite parts is getting the photos of the activities throughout the day. It’s such a joy to see what my child is learning and experiencing in real time. Overall, it’s clear that the staff truly care, and that makes all the difference.

My daughter is comfortable and confident in the classroom—and loves playing games with her classmates and teachers. The front desk also does a lot to recognize both the parents and teachers.

We’ve been incredibly happy with our experience at Primrose West Lake. The school is exceptionally well-organized, and the administration does a fantastic job keeping parents informed and involved. Communication is clear, consistent, and reassuring. After experiencing other daycares, I can confidently say that Primrose has been a wonderful step up. My son has truly enjoyed his time here—he’s thriving both socially and developmentally. We were thrilled when we got off the waitlist and could make the transition. It’s been such a positive change, and we’re grateful to have found a school that feels so supportive and structured. Highly recommend!

Primrose is VERY good! They really care about each child. They have a true passion for teaching young children. I'm honestly amazed at how much my son learned in 15 months.

The organization is well run. The curriculum for the children is strong, and the teachers seem to really care for the students. The facility is clean and safe.

We have loved Primrose since we first started our oldest child there, eight years ago. We truly believe their approach to early education is the best available and more importantly, the teachers and staff love our children. There is no greater feeling as a parent than knowing when you leave your child for the day they are being loved and well cared for.

We love Primrose!! From the teachers to all of the support staff! My girls love going everyday and have made connections with almost everyone there. All of the employees are caring, nice, and very respectful. It is great to have so much trust and faith that our girls will be well taken care of when we drop them off! Thank you Primrose!!
