The teachers and staff are all so friendly and welcoming! Every morning, when we walk in the door, someone is at the front desk and always says "good morning" to me and my daughter, almost always calling my daughter by her name. I think this is critical for a successful school, as the first impression every morning is warm and inviting, making the transition for my little one so much easier.

The teachers and staff are reliable and consistent. Love the curriculum and centers provided to the kids each day. Only wish we received more pictures of the kids in the ProCare app. We know they are having fun all day and would love to see them in action more often. We also really appreciate how communicative the front desk staff is. They always greet us with a smile and answer the phones every time! I’ve never experienced such a well run daycare. You all are amazing!

I really love our experience at Primrose! This is the first day care we’ve used for our daughter and plan to send our newborn there as well. We have loved all of the teachers and appreciate the approach they use in the classrooms. They have always listened when we have had individual concerns or issues with our daughter and worked with our individual situation. I love their communication style as they always keep the parents informed. I feel like the environment is safe and clean. Overall, we are extremely grateful to have the Primrose team as an extension of our parenting team.

Staff is lovely and helpful. Hollis loves her friends and teachers. They also helped her learn so much and also weaned her off bottles expertly when she was struggling to at home.

The teachers and staff are second to none. Everyone in the building genuinely cares about the children and families. Children are challenged and cared for regardless of age. They look forward to school and sharing their lives with their peers and Primrose staff.

We love the teachers & staff. We are a little disappointed we have to pay for a full week of daycare while it’s closed the week of Christmas, because now we have to pay additional childcare that week while we work. It’s a busy time of year and an expensive time of year. We understand the teachers & staff deserve a break, but would prefer not to have to pay for an entire week while we aren’t receiving childcare. That’s incredibly expensive for our family.

The teachers and administrators are all excellent. Each staff member knows all the children individually. Children are challenged appropriately. We have no concerns sending our children there and are appreciative of all the hard work from the school.

I love the structure, curriculum, teachers, administrative staff, really everything! Our daughter really enjoys going to school here. This was our first "daycare" experience and it's been very positive. I appreciate that every time I've had questions or concerns, the teachers and other staff are always very responsive and thorough in explaining things or accommodating if we needed to try something different for our daughter. All around, totally recommend Primrose School!
