The staff is so friendly, they know all the kids’ names as well as the parents’ names. The meals and snacks they provide are wonderful, and my student is learning so much with their curriculum.

The primrose staff are kind and welcoming. They are caring and helpful regarding drop offs and transitions. It was a big adjustment for my kiddos after being at home for years. I am so happy we found a place with people we can trust to take care of my favorite people.

The communication between school and parents is fantastic. Having the main teacher there at pick up helps tremendously to know what to expect for the evening based on how the day went. Teaching the older infants how to eat solids, not just doing what we do at home, but actually trying to help them be better. This school is top notch.

Last year we made the move to Omaha, and finding the right daycare for our boys was one of our biggest priorities. From the very beginning, Primrose West Maple made the transition incredibly smooth and welcoming for our whole family. We cannot recommend them enough and are so thankful to have found them!

The teachers and staff are all so friendly and welcoming! Every morning, when we walk in the door, someone is at the front desk and always says "good morning" to me and my daughter, almost always calling my daughter by her name. I think this is critical for a successful school, as the first impression every morning is warm and inviting, making the transition for my little one so much easier.

The teachers and staff are reliable and consistent. Love the curriculum and centers provided to the kids each day. Only wish we received more pictures of the kids in the ProCare app. We know they are having fun all day and would love to see them in action more often. We also really appreciate how communicative the front desk staff is. They always greet us with a smile and answer the phones every time! I’ve never experienced such a well run daycare. You all are amazing!

I really love our experience at Primrose! This is the first day care we’ve used for our daughter and plan to send our newborn there as well. We have loved all of the teachers and appreciate the approach they use in the classrooms. They have always listened when we have had individual concerns or issues with our daughter and worked with our individual situation. I love their communication style as they always keep the parents informed. I feel like the environment is safe and clean. Overall, we are extremely grateful to have the Primrose team as an extension of our parenting team.

The teachers and staff are second to none. Everyone in the building genuinely cares about the children and families. Children are challenged and cared for regardless of age. They look forward to school and sharing their lives with their peers and Primrose staff.
