My kids have learned so much during their time at Primrose. The teachers and staff are incredibly warm, caring, and welcoming, creating an environment where children feel safe and supported. I find the curriculum to be educational, creative, and engaging. It is clear that everyone takes great pride in providing a high quality learning experience.
The greatest comfort is knowing my children are being cared for by people who truly feel like family. I’m grateful for the love, dedication, and encouragement they receive every day.

My son has been attending Primrose School of West Clay since he was 18 months old, and we have had an amazing experience. It is really hard to find a daycare that is both educational and truly committed to children these days, but our experience at Primrose has been nothing short of wonderful.
Watching his growth over the years has been incredible as he has moved from the Infant room to Toddler, Early Preschool, and now Preschool. Each classroom has provided an environment where he can be himself while also giving him age-appropriate learning tools, educational toys, and opportunities to grow socially and academically. The curriculum at every stage has been thoughtful and developmentally appropriate, and the support with milestones like potty training, along with regular parent communication, has made such a difference for our family.
We have loved all of his teachers and truly feel that they are invested in our son’s wellbeing and development. A few years ago we moved farther away, but we still make the drive to keep him at Primrose because of how much we value the care and education he receives there.
Before Primrose, we had a very difficult experience at another school. At the time, I assumed that was just “how daycare is,” especially after hearing similar stories from so many other parents. I could never have imagined how different the experience could be until we found Primrose. Looking back, I only wish we had moved him sooner.
We will always recommend Primrose to other families. We are so excited that he still has one more year before Pre-K, and we already know it will be bittersweet when it is finally time for Kindergarten.

The staff at Primrose are always professional, and the school is consistently clean and well-maintained. The curriculum is thorough, and the teachers are very attentive, making sure students stay engaged. They blend hands-on learning with modern technology, giving kids a balanced experience. My children use iPads but also spend time playing in the sandbox, drawing, painting, and doing other creative activities.
Most importantly, for my wife and me, Primrose makes our kids—and us—feel truly safe, supported, and confident. It’s a place where children grow into productive, happy little human beings.

I love how happy and excited my daughter is to go to school each day! I know she is well taken care of, safe and loved just by how giddy she gets when she sees them every morning. Some days I can’t set her down on the mat quick enough for her to run over and hug them. :) I never have to worry when I leave her! Ms Chaima and Ms Khadidja genuinely love the babies in their room and take the best care of them. We are so thankful for the time Harper was in there with them and for her first “daycare/school” experience to be so positive.

Coming from out of state and finding the right place for our son was challenging, but after enrolling our son in our local West Clay Primrose, we feel it has been the best decision. The staff are attentive, caring, and communicative. Making a safe place for him and building his instrumental educational values, social interactions and relationships.

I like that real subject matter is taught not just entertainment and play.
I like that the pledge of alliance is taught and a meal song is allowed to be said for those that participate.
I like the mobile app so I can see what is going on throughout the day.
I like being notified when something has happened that day such as an injury.
I like the security code, cameras and no cash on site policy and signage making safety a priority. I like the speech, hearing and eye sight testing done young and along the way.
I like teaching keeping hands to self and not hitting, biting, etc.
I like children feeling like they belong to their class and school community.
I like more than one teacher or aid in the room with children and outside play.
I like that kids get outside play that is healthy for them.

I couldn’t be happier with this daycare! My 12-month-old absolutely loves it here, and as a parent, that gives me so much peace of mind. The teachers and staff are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They treat every child like their own, and it shows in the way my baby lights up when we arrive each morning.
The communication is excellent, and I always feel updated about my little one’s day. The environment is safe, clean, and filled with so many fun, engaging activities that support learning and development even at this young age.
I truly appreciate the love and care the teachers give every single day. It feels like a second home for my child, and I’m so grateful we found this place!
