Primrose West Clay has been an outstanding place for our daughter, and we truly give it a 10/10. As both a parent and an educator, I am consistently impressed by the level of intentionality, professionalism, and care that goes into every part of her day. Her development has taken off in every area. She is growing socially, emotionally, and academically, and it is clear that her progress comes from a team that understands child development, builds strong routines, and creates an environment where she feels confident and known.
One of the things that stands out most is how everyone knows her. Not just her teachers, but staff across the building greet her by name, celebrate her personality, and make her feel like she is part of a community. That kind of culture does not happen by accident, and I appreciate it deeply from both a parent and professional perspective.
The communication is exceptional. Daily updates, thoughtful notes, and proactive outreach keep us informed in a way that I value greatly. It is consistent, clear, and meaningful. As a parent, it gives us peace of mind. As an educator, it earns my respect.
We could not be happier with Primrose West Clay. Our daughter is thriving, supported, and genuinely loved, and we are grateful every day for the people who make that happen.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience here. From the moment we walk through the doors, it is so clear that the people here genuinely care about the children—not just as students, but as little people.
Everyone in the front office knows my daughter by name, and it genuinely feels like they know her as a person. Even walking down the halls, teachers who aren’t even her classroom teachers know her name and say hello to her. There are hundreds of children here, yet somehow she is recognized, remembered, and cared for everywhere she goes.
Her teacher, Mariam, has been especially incredible. I truly feel that she deeply cares for my daughter and loves her like she is her own. That kind of connection means more to me than I can put into words.
Since starting here, I have watched my daughter’s development absolutely take off. Every day she is learning new skills, becoming more independent, and growing in ways that amaze me. It is so special to see how much she has flourished in such a short amount of time.
What stands out most is that everyone here seems to genuinely care about what they do. You can feel it in the way they greet the children, the way they talk to them, and the way they celebrate their little accomplishments. I feel incredibly grateful that my daughter is surrounded by people who know her, care about her, and are invested in helping her grow. It truly feels like a village, and we are so lucky to have found ours here. ❤️

My kids have learned so much during their time at Primrose. The teachers and staff are incredibly warm, caring, and welcoming, creating an environment where children feel safe and supported. I find the curriculum to be educational, creative, and engaging. It is clear that everyone takes great pride in providing a high quality learning experience.
The greatest comfort is knowing my children are being cared for by people who truly feel like family. I’m grateful for the love, dedication, and encouragement they receive every day.

My son has been attending Primrose School of West Clay since he was 18 months old, and we have had an amazing experience. It is really hard to find a daycare that is both educational and truly committed to children these days, but our experience at Primrose has been nothing short of wonderful.
Watching his growth over the years has been incredible as he has moved from the Infant room to Toddler, Early Preschool, and now Preschool. Each classroom has provided an environment where he can be himself while also giving him age-appropriate learning tools, educational toys, and opportunities to grow socially and academically. The curriculum at every stage has been thoughtful and developmentally appropriate, and the support with milestones like potty training, along with regular parent communication, has made such a difference for our family.
We have loved all of his teachers and truly feel that they are invested in our son’s wellbeing and development. A few years ago we moved farther away, but we still make the drive to keep him at Primrose because of how much we value the care and education he receives there.
Before Primrose, we had a very difficult experience at another school. At the time, I assumed that was just “how daycare is,” especially after hearing similar stories from so many other parents. I could never have imagined how different the experience could be until we found Primrose. Looking back, I only wish we had moved him sooner.
We will always recommend Primrose to other families. We are so excited that he still has one more year before Pre-K, and we already know it will be bittersweet when it is finally time for Kindergarten.

The staff at Primrose are always professional, and the school is consistently clean and well-maintained. The curriculum is thorough, and the teachers are very attentive, making sure students stay engaged. They blend hands-on learning with modern technology, giving kids a balanced experience. My children use iPads but also spend time playing in the sandbox, drawing, painting, and doing other creative activities.
Most importantly, for my wife and me, Primrose makes our kids—and us—feel truly safe, supported, and confident. It’s a place where children grow into productive, happy little human beings.

I love how happy and excited my daughter is to go to school each day! I know she is well taken care of, safe and loved just by how giddy she gets when she sees them every morning. Some days I can’t set her down on the mat quick enough for her to run over and hug them. :) I never have to worry when I leave her! Ms Chaima and Ms Khadidja genuinely love the babies in their room and take the best care of them. We are so thankful for the time Harper was in there with them and for her first “daycare/school” experience to be so positive.

Coming from out of state and finding the right place for our son was challenging, but after enrolling our son in our local West Clay Primrose, we feel it has been the best decision. The staff are attentive, caring, and communicative. Making a safe place for him and building his instrumental educational values, social interactions and relationships.
