We've had exceptional experience at Primrose for our son. He has shown remarkable growth in both learning and social skills - his confidence, independence and enthusiasm have noticeably increased. As parents, we've also felt very comfortable dropping him off each day - reassuring to know he is in a safe and caring environment. We're always been warmly greeted by the teachers and staff at the school & that personal touch really makes a difference. The teachers are caring, attentive and genuinely invested in their children's development and we truly appreciate all the regular updates we receive. Overall, extremely happy and satisfied!

Primrose has been a supportive and reliable school where my children can grow, learn, and truly enjoy their time. We’ve been part of the Primrose family for over 10 years between our two children, and we plan to continue with them. The Primrose team communicates clearly and consistently about updates, required forms, upcoming programs, deadlines, events, and even weather-related changes. They meet each child where they are and support every student’s unique needs. The building is always clean, secure, and welcoming. The meals and snacks are well-balanced, thoughtfully planned, and, most importantly, ones my children genuinely enjoy. Primrose maintains high standards for their teachers and staff, while also ensuring their team feels supported and valued. We are grateful for the nurturing environment they create every day.

great school! I liked the teachers and that kids were involved in a lot of activities. Among the negatives: (1) I was very surprised to hear that kids spend only a max of 1 hour per day outside. (2) the school administration is overly cautious about any possible injuries/conflicts; it's good to keep kids safe but I in my opinion they should let be kids and run wild a little.

We interviewed multiple schools and from the beginning Primrose stood out. The owners are there in the facility every day and genuinely care about the students and families. The front staff when you walk in is so warm and welcoming and I have never shown up without someone there at the desk to greet me, they keep it manned at all times. My son is in the early preschool class and his teachers, Ms. Anderson and Ms. Plowden, are THE BEST! My son loves his two teachers so much! Primrose has the reputation it does for a reason, they are second to none! We love this school. 10/10 recommend!

The owners, staff, and teachers have been supportive of our two children since the day they walked through the doors. They are wonderful communicators, provide invaluable support for our family, and have been accommodating to our kids' needs as they grow up. Mrs. Cain's food is a huge bonus for our picky eaters, and I feel confident that my children are going to a safe, nurturing, learning and playing environment each day. We love that our kids grew up going up to Primrose at Westerre Commons.

While short-lived, we really enjoyed our Primrose experience. The teachers and staff were wonderful. Our daughter grew and developed in her short time there. Our only difficulty was illness, which was by no means Primrose's fault. It is just not something we can accommodate at this point in our lives with Eva's grandmother having an autoimmune issue. Perhaps we will be back one day if circumstances change :)

Primrose staff have excellent communication and cleanliness. I am really impressed by how many staff members know my son without even being his teacher or room attendant. After only 5 weeks in daycare here, my kid has already shown us improvements in his communication skills.

Primrose is extremely organized. They are highly communicative when it comes to updates, which I greatly appreciate. The staff is AMAZING, and as a busy working parent, I love that they serve food which eliminates one item off my to do list. We love Primrose and highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-managed, friendly and extremely safe school for their children.
