The school is a gem! Primrose White Rock has really the most caring teachers and excellent admin staff. The teachers seem to know all the kids (even from other classes) and genuinely love and care for them. Our child is loved and has learned so much at Primrose. During inclement weather and power outages, the school has demonstrated readiness and excellent communication with us that allowed us to prepare adequately. It is evident that they prioritize safety.

We have had a LOT of daycare drama over the past 10 years but have not had any issues at White Rock. Ms. Tiffany is incredible, Ms. Mindy and Allyson and Kaydi are also really great. Not all of the teachers are stellar but overall we’ve had a great experience. Tara and Brittany are also very receptive, respectful and responsive when we give them feedback or voice an issue.

Overall the school is good. We had a few issues (not being able to use glass bottles for warming milk for infant class and holding kids from preK based on birthday but not ability). The teachers are great and those that don't love their jobs are replaced. We have had a lot of stability with our teachers in all classes which was not the case at our previous daycare.

Tara and Brittany are awesome, really care about greeting each and every student as they enter the school. If anything comes up throughout the day or with schedule changes they give early notification. They are an amazing face of the organization and that continues to each and every class. Teachers truly care about each and student and it shows how they give of themselves!

We love the daily updates and check in's! They have a fast response time to daily messages. They are open the majority days of the year with flexible pick up/drop of times. Most importantly my child feels safe and loves going to school everyday!

Teachers and atmosphere are educational, warm, and safe. The hours are flexible and there’s a lot of activities the kids can participate in (dance, soccer, gymnastics, etc). Love our school!

The teachers and the staff! So loving! They all are so engaging with the kids and love them like their own! Bonus- the teachers are also potty training masters! We love Primrose!!
