Primrose Andover has a great culture from the leadership down to every single employee. For me I have always felt that my child is going to be shown the love and care that I would want as a parent. The building and classrooms are maintained at the utmost level which also creates a safe environment for the children and I have never had an experience with anyone that left me feeling any less than 100% sure regarding my children's safety.

We love Primrose! From the moment we dropped off our newly 2 year old there in 2021 we have never had a complaint. She has been kept safe, learned and grown in ways we couldn't have imagined. The communication, cleanliness, level of academic and social instruction and the incredible staff make Primrose the leader in early childhood education.

We love the team at primrose! We trust them implicitly there with our baby and now toddler. Every single teacher and staff is incredible and kind and thoughtful and very good at their jobs. We toured many daycares and could not find anything as wonderful as primrose andover. 10/10 recommend without any reservation!!!

The entire experience. The staff is actually welcoming , the teachers are so fantastic. Not to mention the app is a god send with staying in connected and updated with my little one. Also I absolutely love the owner she is just so lovely and made the transition really seamless. I have been recommending to everyone who is looking for a clean, safe, experience. Love everything my little one is learning !

The teaching staff is great, the directors are strong and communicate often, and are transparent when things arise. The facility is clean and bright. The families are friendly and engaged.

We love Primrose! Everyone from the owner, Ms. Urvi, to the director, Mrs. Burke, to the individual teachers and aides, really care about our children and are actively involved in their care. My youngest has food allergies and we feel so safe knowing how the school handles this with care and thoughtfulness. It's hard to turn your children over to others for hours and hours every day but we feel so much better knowing the teachers and admin at Primrose are there for them!

We love Urvi and all of the teachers! Love that teachers seem to like to work there and that they stick around in a profession that often has high turnover. Our daughters have had the same infant teachers which is special.

Leadership team is thoughtful and kind. Teachers are fantastic and genuinely love the kids and teaching. Ms. Simms, in particular, was fantastic as an infant teacher- she truly helped me learn how to navigate transitions and challenges as a first time mom. My daughter has loved going to school each day since she started and we are amazed all the time at the things she learns and how she is exceling on so many levels. We love the balance of creativity and structure in terms of curriculum. We feel like all the folks at Primrose are part of our family and we cannot say enough positive things about Primrose Andover.
